Nice staff and clean room. The breakfast was good. Cozy spa and kinda fun with the billiard board. The location was near the city center.

The spa was so little and one of the bastus was out of service. Kinda expensive for such a little place I think.

Receptionist helped me to find the switch in the dark room.

The location and outside area

The room was reather small but clean and functional. The bed was very confortable. The buffet breakfast was good with many choices. The on-site parking was directly in front of the hotel (extra charge of 10€/day).

Breakfast was a decent buffet. Parking lot at hotel worked well for us. Bunk beds worked well for us although one of the two rooms was more spacious and the other was quite cramped.

Booked this because of the pool and was planning to use the pool but the pool is an extra per person charge for two hours and only adults in the evening as they allow alcohol in the pool area. This did not work for us so we were unable to use it. Not much to walk to from hotel. No coffee maker in room, just a kettle. Reception area is dark and I think doubles as a bar. One of our rooms was not ready for us....when we walked in the beds were unmade. This was quickly remedied. We rented three rooms and all three had different a/c types and eached worked differently which was a bit of a pain.

The room was spacious with a good ambience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with a good variety.

I like the room, very cozy, bathroom was clean. The room has an Air conditioner. The pillows were comfy.

The bar was little expensive compare to other same kind of restaurants nearby.

It was my first time selecting a hotel in Sweden on my own and honestly, I wasn't sure at first how it was going to go but honestly I wish I stayed longer! It's close to the train station which may not be everyone's cup of tea but for someone who likes to have easy access to transportation I highly recommend it. The venue overall is very beautiful. It has a few shops around it and a lovely patio. The amenities are what stuck with me about staying there again! I'm going back for the full experience very soon!

The TV kept going in and out but I'm not that big of a TV person so it didn't bother me too much.

Good location, rich breakfast

My room was never cleaned during my stay.Restaurant has a very limited menu.I definitely did not like the shower curtain. To conclude, the wardrobe had no hangers.

Bed was good, good breakfast

Took very lonv to get hot water in the shower. Bathroom outdated.

The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable, and the mini fridge (which seems to generally be disappearing from hotel rooms these days) was greatly appreciated. Wonderful large shower.

Service from staff was slow because it seems there was not enough staff on (management issue, not the staff's fault).Bath in the bathroom did not have a bath plug???

Carpark just outside the hotel. Nice pillows and a good reception/bar with a pooltable.

Breakfast felt a bit old, dry bread for instance. The shower only had one wall towards the sink, meaning the toilet was all wet after a shower.

For 1 stop, it´s okay.

Close to the railtstation. At night I heard the noise from the train.

Excellent bed, well aerated room, soundless moquette, fast elevator, nice staff, good breakfast, parking lot (paid extra, but it values the crones you pay), big TV, refrigerator working well, good laundry service.

The parking lot could be better, it gets inches of water in some zones when it rains and being inside a city I don't see why it shouldn't be totally covered by asphalt, I mean okay we're in Sweden when you get outside of main roads anything is terrain but the hotel is in a city. It could avoid all those pebbles in your car's tyres. By the way a part of the parking lot does have asphalt so it's not totally a complaint, just park on the right side.
