Breakfast was amazing… gym was clean and hygiene.

Tooth paste must been there. Also I must been walking a lot to find my room. But it was not a problem.

Very comfortable and big bed. Big and nice room. Tasty breakfast.

The TV didnt work properly (the image for stuck. And blurred all the time), the room was very warm and one of the bedside lamps fell down when I switched it on. Even though breakfast was tasty it was completely overcrowded.

The bathroom and toilet wasn't really clean and found hair there

Comfortable bed and good breakfast.

The location was ideal for activities. The breakfast was good. Everything was fresh.Very clean as well. Staff was always helpful.

In the apartment we only had one wall a/c unit in the kitchen. The apartment is on the top floor and received direct sun my family and I were very hot during the day and at night in the bedrooms, with no airflow. We got a few fans that help just a little. We would not stay in the apartment again for this reason. I’m sure it Cole in the winter again only one unit for such a large space. I would give the apartment 6 out of 10.

It wars clean

The hotel is called the Best Western Prinzes. Unfortunately, it doesn't shine like a princess. The building is painted gray, the rooms gray, the breakfast room gray. A princess wouldn't have a good time here.

Great location, clean room & nice breakfast!

They didn’t really have a lounge or a place to sit and relax/have a drink

Nice location and room, good breakfast food but not the facilities

Very weird way to get inside a room and very exhausting - unless you are 1 floor above the entre hall you have to go up 1 floor, go through the whole corridor with hotel rooms and then switch to another elevator or stairs.Breakfast facilities are tiny both sitting area and as you pick up food, no windows, pretty unpleasant

Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location in centre if town and close to my destination in town.

No AC. Had to ask for fan. At higher temps it should simply be placed in the room by default until AC has been installed, which it should be ASAP.Due to high temperature had to keep window open but location caused an extreme amount of noise pollution that woke me up repeatedly.Unfortunately this was a very uncomfortable stay despite the best efforts of the staff.

Its very rushy area staff one lady is behaviour its no good we need water she is angry we wana warm milk for my little child she is angry

No facilities water its very warm inside or very rushy area no proper parking

The breakfast was very good, we enjoyed it (3 adults and 3 children aged 9, 6 and 6). The rooms were normal, but the beds were very comfortable.

There was no parking for the car and you could only park in front of the hotel for 15 minutes for unloading and loading. That was very inconvenient, especially as it was raining when we arrived and the children were asleep. When we got into our room, the bed was not made for our 6-year-old child, even though we had booked a 3 person room. In the other room the beds were fine.

Amazing location.the breakfast was very nice.the bathroom products were very good.it also has everything in the room including a hair drier and iron board.the room was quite big.the bed was really comfortable.

The hallway had a weird smell.the toilet was almost under the sink so it wasn’t very comfortable.it’s not very soundproof we could hear our next door neighbors taking a shower.

The sauna, although the gap between the doors and surface is too big so actually it is getting cold there, Breakfast was ok.

Some things should be already renovated in the hotel. The pillows in the lounge need cleaning/washing already.

Breakfast and the central location

The sofa bed. I wish they just gave us an additional mattress on the floor. You could feel every part of the metal interior of the sofa mattress. And the sofa bed was super loud.

Room were clean, location is good

Breakfast space is small, breakfast needs improvement , bacons were burnt, charging money for baby bed

Quiet and cosy room, good service, excellent breakfast.

The breakfast facilities would need more space.Trouble to find parking in the area.

Hotel is centraly located with good access to the shops and entertaining places. Very friendly personal who is very helpfull.Breakfast is very good!

All was good, no negative things.

We had a great one night stay. Comfortable room, good vegan breakfast options and friendly staff for a good price.

Nothing, really satisfied with the service and room
