The room is ok but they dont offer free tea\coffee and no minibar neither. The breakfast quality is ok compared to the neighboring hotel like ELITE

It took 20minutes to check in. Very slow poor service with too few staff to deal with guests.

Proximity to the bus and train station.

Lighting is bad and there was no heated drying rack in the bathroom. The room felt cold in the evening and in the morning.

Location was perfectly next to the train station and in town so very ideal for walkability. Also had a nice fitness center and the sauna/pool were very nice.

I stayed over a weekend in a room on the 4th floor facing the train station and there must've been some sort of club or bar that had blasted booming music until quite late.

We stayed here 2 nights. Breakfast is somewhat chaotic, due to the clients (families with children). It is also very early (ends at 9.30). The staff is very helpfull, the location perfect. If I would return, only in the newer rooms.

I asked a room with airco. The first night, we were accomodated in the old part of the hotel, without airco. It was hot in the room. They offer window-handles to open windows, if needed...After complaint, the helpfull staff offered us a room in the newer part of the hotel. Much and much better! Airco, cleaner...

Close to the central station. Good breakfast. Special room for luggage available.

Would be nice to have a kettle & coffee/tea in the room.

To take paid for early arrival, never had that anywhere before.

Scandic has great breakfast. They had a lovely patio out back. This place is a walk/bike to everything Norrkoping has to offer.

Super friendly and helpful staff and excellent, central location. Loved their sustainable approach. Lovely coloring station for kids!!

Facilities and amenities were a bit dated. Breakfast was quite basic, with very limited choices for people with food intolerances, and dining tables/area wasn’t the cleanest. Ironing board and iron in the room but no shoe horn; not very practical.

1. The front desk staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. When we asked in person about the availability of hotel parking, they refused to provide any information and simply told us to park on the street. However, they also declined to explain how the street parking system works, instead suggesting that we figure it out ourselves.After check-in, we received an informational brochure about the hotel services – but only in Swedish. Since I don’t speak Swedish, I asked for an English version, but none was available. When I asked what the brochure said, I was told only, “it contains information about the hotel’s services.” In other words, it was up to the guest – not the hotel – to find a way to access that information in an internationally understood language.2. The room was dusty and not properly cleaned. There was visible dust on the lampshades and on the clothing rack, which even left dust marks on our clothes. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable for any accommodation

The room had very poor ventilation and AC, and to open the window I would have needed to go get a key from reception.
