Reception was a construction site. No staff to meet up at arrival. Very dark and gloomy interior in the breakfast restaurant (which BTW is a buzy pub during night time)

Breakfast was great, loved it. The majority of the staff were nice and friendly. The location was very convenient with walking distance to restaurants.

The room was much smaller than I had imagined. Wifi wasn't working inside the room. I came for a short work trip, but then the wifi was not working at all. It was quite disappointing.

The rooftop sauna and hot tub were a nice addition, although not the hottest tub or sauna, they were still very relaxing and I appreciated that they were included in the cost of the room rate. My room rate was very affordable, the room was minimal, and there was no window, but the darkness was perfect to sleep in. I enjoyed the restaurant downstairs for dinner; the breakfast had many options to satisfy. I would recommend this hotel for a simple, affordable stay in beautiful Norrkoping.

I found some of the details in the room to be lacking: no fridge or minibar, and the shower pressure was a little bit intense with no way to adjust it. The hair dryer was in sad shape, with duct tape to hold it together and no way to adjust the settings. The lack of a window did make the room very dark without the room key in the card slot to turn the lights on.

Clean, new and comfortable hotel in a great central location. The staff were very friendly and accomodating for our late check-in time. The breakfast consisted of high quality cold cuts and also some hot foods. Overall would definitely recommend!

There was music playing until after midnight from what sounded like a neighbouring restaurant or bar which was quite audible from the hotel room so it was difficult to get to sleep until the music stopped.

Great staff. Very welcoming lobby and bar - wish I had more time to hang out there. Loved the breakfast choices. Easy check in and out. Very central.

Great breakfast options for a smallish hotell. Staff was quick to assist, answer questions, and replenish. Super cozy lobby/bar/reception area - one of the best I’ve ever seen! Very central to Norrköping as well, can easily walk to shops, railway and bus stations, restaurants, the ‘Strömmen’ (Motala River), and the historic fabric district buildings. I loved it!

Pleasant

The vending machine in the hallway was broke but it had no problem to still take my money! Ordered hot chocolate but it just gave me a cup of hot water.

The location is fantastic and it’s a basic, value for money hotel. You get what you pay for. The relaxation area was a really comfort the first day of the stay. The sauna and the jacuzzi didn’t work the second day and there was no notice about it on the door or the floor. Breakfast is good and some of the staff are really great and helpful, others are not interested in the hospitality business and seem totally disinterested. Overall, it’s was a good experience.

Relaxation area didn’t work on one of the days of our stay. We visited at 4:30 pm (very well within the relaxation times).

Clean, nice lounge and restaurant, although the room was extremely basic and didn’t even have a closet. Very nice breakfast however with nice staff.

The lady who checked us in let us wait for five minutes while doing things on her computer, and didn’t seem to like her job very much. The staff in the bar was very nice, but the hotel and the bar seemed to be run. Y different companies.

First Grey changes to old Grey. Need small renovation: paint, new floor cover. No wardropes , no iron. Parking place only on street. No gym in house

We were put in a room with no bathroom light, so we changed rooms and that bathroom light in that room also blew the globe.The restaurant was so dark you could hardly see what you were eating . The hotel is well overdue for a makeover

Friendly staff and easy access to the town. Hot tub was good after active week.

I loved check In and out process, and stuff was extremely polite and helpful, especially with finding parking, on which I am grateful. And then parking, it was easy and near to the hotel.
