Apartment size and facilities were good

Pillows weren't great and the neighbours were loud until very late

Room was large and comfortable. Little touches really made a difference - fresh milk for the room, homemade biscuits, robes and slippers as standard. Staff welcoming.

Car park is a little small. Fine for our stay but can see how it would be difficult in busier periods

Staying in the area for just a night, I found the hotel cozy and comfortable. Great being able to have the views from the room, and the food both in the evening and morning excellent.Staff very accommodating.

Beautiful building and stunning location. Very friendly staff.

The single rooms are very small. The bed I was in although good quality had a dip. The window was painted shut, the second time I’ve stayed there. Last time I pointed out the small kettles seam up and can scold people as I was. A little disappointed despite raising it they were the same.

Excellent and caring staff - good food - gave us a special place to eat for our anniversary

Lots of stairs to our room - but the harbour view was definitely worth it

The property was clean and comfortable and was very centrally situated

The property was an upstairs flat and when entering the rear entrance you could see into the ground floor flat where a couple were doing the washing up in their pj’s

A hook in the bathroom is needed to hang clothes while showeringThe access is either very steep internal stairs without a hand rail or external stairs to the first floor ,thus was not easy .Although a spacious apartment the kitchen dining was not easy for four adults as space too small.

Absolutely perfect stay, the rooms and quality of fixtures and fittings so lovely, beautiful views, probably some of the best staff I've encountered when staying in a hotel, delicious food, incredible location, cannot wait to book again.

Liked the apartment was excellent .Clean and tidy.

There was a very strong odour of curry /Indian food even before entering the property.Once entered the odour was stronger in the shared hallway and lingered in certain areas of our apartment!

We were in self catering apartment, away from HM but lovely harbour views. Very comfortable, home from home, parking no problem

Ok for us but on first steps front and rear

Location is superb and peaceful, the staff are an absolute credit and the restaurant is fantastic. Really comfortable rooms.

Staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for us, the food was delicious, our room was exceptional.

The noise coming from each room below and above was awful, we could hear every single movement..this unfortunately spoiled our stay, as we went away for a break and to chill.

We arrived at the venue earlier than expected due to concerns regarding the weather. I have to say the staff member I spoke to was very helpful and went out of his way for us even allowing us access to the property sooner than expected. The accommodation was excellent with awesome views of the harbour, I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Lovely and spacious room, well decorated and clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and lots of options on the menu.

Couldn’t seem the get the espresso machine in room to work but aside from that nothing!

I filtered my search on hotel, booked the Harbourmaster and arrived at reception. I was then told that this was a self catering room away from the hotel location. I'm sure that was written in the confirmation but I shouldn't be offered self catering when I've filtered on hotel.
