Just off the motorway, perfect place to stop for the night on the way to the Lake District. Clean, comfortable rooms at an excellent price. Delicious breakfast included.

Did not use breakfast as had to be at work by 6.30am.Good restaurant nearby.Bed fairly comfortable.Shower ok, prefer rain shower.

The location made it noisy with the window open at night, but obviously to be expected.The sofa bed was old or poor quality so wasn't as comfortable.

There was a nice breakfast. Car parking was included.

We had a serious issue with the room, but the Hotel manager dealt with this efficiently and moved us to an alternative room.

Breakfast Clean rooms but exceptionally cold room

Exceptionally cold room had to use two quilts and keep my clothes on

its just off the motor way so its a very good location. Snacks and water avialable at the front desk

Service was a bit dour and emotionless. I appreciate its long shifts but even faking a bit of warmth makes people feel a bit less of a burden. Breakfast is ok - coffee isnt very good and not quite sure what the fruit juice is supposed to be, More like cold diluting juice - certainly not fresh juice. These are two quite important points that would put you off a bit.

staff was friendly, accessibility room was almost perfect for my wife

matras was hard, rug on the floor could have been better. for an accessibility room, the bed was on the high side, food in the evening was overpriced, but with mobility issues we didn't have the energy to go to the restaurant up the street, nor mcdonalds.

Breakfast, Bar, Cleanliness, Hot water, Body Wash and Hand Lotion, all Linen.

Unfortunately the toilet was not working properly and we were told it would be sorted whilst we were out but when we returned it was the same as I am disabled there were no accessible rooms left so we stayed in room again. We were offered a key to room down hall for use of toilet which obviously I would not be able to use. No Maintence working at weekend.!!!! Also the breakfast was less than enjoyable with bacon overcooked and other things like bread,milk etc not filled up and we were in between 8 and 8-30am so only midtimes. Have stayed here before and always loved our stay but this time was very very dissappoi ting.
