Always clean and well-presented rooms with high quality toiletries and refreshments. Staff all very polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Perfect location for us to visit family

A bit noisier than in the past, particularly a yappy dog - maybe dogs should be in a limited number of rooms away from dog-free ones with an option to specify preference on booking.

If your happy to enjoy the hotel and what it offers that’s brilliant But the village is small and secluded Didn’t bother us as we where happy to stay and enjoy the hotel..

Beautifully clean and well decorated. Modern large rooms with lots of extras included like different coffee options, fresh milk in the fridge, good quality biscuits and a well stocked mini bar.All of the staff are professional and friendly, make you feel welcome.Good restaurant service and especially good breakfast selection.Lovelyand quiet location

Lovely hotel with superb staff. Lovely cosy room with an excellent shower. The owner went out of his way to give us extra information about the area. All of the staff were great. The evening meal in the restaurant was superb as was the breakfast. Good local beer in the bar. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at The Mulberry Inn and can't wait to return.Wonderful hospitality picturesque walks nearby and amazing food.The extras provided in the room were beyond expectations. Our little Dachsund Tilly was made very welcome.Highly recommend thank you .Julie and Andy X

Absolutely nothing .

Very spacious room, very clean and comfortable, lovely views. Excellent food and service. All staff were friendly helpful and so courteous.

Just had a lovely weekend here. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. The bed was so comfy, with luxury bedding, and you get all the extras that you would in a 5* hotel, even my dog was spoilt with the extras! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and made a fuss of my fur baby, she even got a sausage for breakfast each morning. The breakfast was delicious, made from fresh, local produce.I would definitely recommend The Mulberry Inn, I can't fault it in any way

Fabulous. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The staff are wonderful. Can’t do enough for you. Dinner and breakfast better than many 5* hotels. Second visit and we will return for a longer stay.

Could not fault, lovely quiet location but within a short drive of Llangollen.The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and quality linen. The evening meal and breakfast were top draw with plenty of choice. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again if in the area .

Excellent place to stay. Best I have stayed in in wales. Staff so friendly and very helpful. Food great. Enjoyed every minute. They all go above and beyond to cater for your doggies as well. Can't wait to go back.

Everything was outstanding. A warm welcome, beautiful room, quality evening meal and outstanding breakfast. Even had beding, bowls and treats for our dog. All made perfect by the warm, friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing staff just a lovely hotel and they were so lovely with our dogs ?. They couldn't do enough for us, the meal was Fab - breakfast delicious and all the extra little touches were first class - loved it ❤️

Lovely and cosy. Great attention to detail - the little touches eg cut flowers, real milk in the room fridge and such friendly and helpful staff.

The Mulberry Inn was a lovely, very clean and tidy. The single room I stayed in was excellent and had all amenities.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were super friendly. Lovely atmosphere and food was lovely. Have never seen so many choices on the in-room tea and coffee making tray.

There wasn't anything to dislike.
