Room on third floor with no lift. Wife has bad back so a struggle. Initially directed us to city parking, but moved one of their cars so we parked

Love the location and the staff.

It was a very tired room with broken lamp shades, we stayed on 2 very cold December days and the heating in our room didn’t work, we were informed 2 to 3 times in would be rectified but wasn’t until about 8 o’clock on our final night, the room never warmed up.

Again an excellent overnight stay. Fantastic location with parking. Our go-to gaff for an overnight in Llangollen.

Poor lighting in the room and windows a bit draughty, but it was warm enough

Location was excellent- very central. Staff always around and very pleasant and helpful. We were able to park the car in the courtyard behind the bar. Breakfast was excellent,freshly cooked to order with the best ingredients, with a £6Voucher each towards cost.Characterful feel about the wine bar with music most evenings.

Our washbasin had no plug

The breakfast voucher really only allowed one choice of breakfast.

Unfortunately there was a lot of noise externally on the main road, it was a Saturday night.

When we got there the property was closed and looked abandonedI don’t know why it’s still on booking. Com??We were also asked for payment before we went which we paid!!We are expecting a full refund.It was also upsetting as I had been the person who arranged this and several other stays and I have little confidence with booking. Com at the moment

Fantastic location for us. Breakfast was really lovely with a great choice. Rooms were very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were really nice and friendly.

Good location. Easy to check in. Key was in the room so didn’t have to find anyone to check in

Pillows on bed were very hard and there wasn’t a light near the bed

Quaint, clean. The loft room (7) was stunning.The staff are excellent.

No parking - remove from advertising, false claim - it's first come 1st serve for 5 spaces Inc patrons of bar.Music on til late and no double glazing / no sound proofing so not restful (bar/garden which rooms above full of teens/ underage drinkers). WiFi didn't work in room. Bathroom, carpet and cups dirty. Pubes and hair in shower and bathroom, carpet stained and needed vacuum. Complained but sent no one to get sorted. Feel ripped off for price - would have gone somewhere cheaper with no parking as standard if known. Pretty easy going but expect a level.of cleanliness for that price!

Location was great and enjoyed the food and music

The room was way too hot as the window couldn’t open properly, and when we requested a fan bone was available so its was pretty uncomfortable for three warm nights. I was also surprised not to have any wardrobe space.

Central Location, character property, small car park and great coffee!!

Weak shower.

We loved our stay at Gales. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and location brilliant. We hope to return again. Thanks for having us.
