Pros +
- The bar man/waiter was lovely. He seemed to really enjoy his job and he made us laugh. Our experience wouldnt of b the same without him
- The room size was good, and room features nice. The on site gym facilities are fantastic, this is why I stay in this location for my business trips.
- Beautiful countryside, lovely views. The room was small but very comfortable. The food was good. Children's play park.
Cons -
- The room was littered with dead flies, in the shower cubical, on the desk, and across the floor. It was obvious the room had been turned over with fresh bedding and bin liners, but this must have been done long before my stay, with no visual inspection before I arrived. It was unpleasant to have to collect the dead flies before settling into the room. A pre inspection of the room would be advised if the room was turned over days or weeks prior to the next arrival.
- Couldn't park by the lodges.
- The floor to ceiling windows did not have anything to cover them unless the curtains were drawn so either had to stand in my underwear in front of 2 other cabins and the golf course or pull the curtains and put the light on.Also as 4 rooms shared the front door, the noise of people slamming their doors was loud and the room shook. Not ideal

The location within the golf course and wooded area was similar to a Centre Parks.Rooms were clean, comfortable and had the amenities you would expect as well as a mini fridge.Evening meal as well as the staff were superb and food was reasonably priced.
Great resort not too far from York. Rooms were spacious and clean and had a lot of cupboards and power points

Location and surroundings good not to far away from local shops.
Worktops in huxtable sweet was very damaged sharp edges.Carpet in room still had bits all over. Windows very dirty when opening blinds. Cobwebs dust in room cleanliness wasn't the best.Dirty tea spoon in room Screw hanging out hot tub on wooden panel dangerous for kids catching themselves on.Apart from that showers was clean and bedding.
The club house was very nice and the gym looked great
The cleanliness wasn’t great at all, the bedding was dirty which had to be requested to be changed and even after it was change it still wasn’t clean, the communal area also had a disgusting smell to it which was reported and that was done was to leave the front door open.
Privacy Hot tub Modern clean room Friendly staff
Very clean and spacious, very nice views
Air con needed in room as was way to hot. Left after first night as was just to warm.
Beautiful surrounding area. Staff friendly, Accommodation immaculate.
Our only gripe was the uncomfortable bed. We stayed in a huxable room.
Lovely overnight stay in lodge with hot tub. Room was clean, bedding, towels and dressing gowns clean. Nice little relaxing break hot tub ok. We ate evening meal and food was good and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Had to go get some coffee making supplies checking out was abit of a nuisance as reception opened at 8am and i said we needed to be off at 8 and needed to get our deposit back. The staff on reception were helpful but didnt know how to sort deposit eventually sorted.
Amazing place it was our first time staying and we were so impressed . So clean and the shower was so big . Staff were so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful will definitely stay again
Nice location.
Was not clean at all. Especially the bathroom! Urine all I’ve the toilet, the bath hadn’t been cleaned out, black little hairs all over the sink and bath, mud on the floor.
Lovely place with fantastic views. Hot tub was nice and rooms were comfortable. Only negative was the light coming in through the blinds at night could do with a black out curtain as it was really light and hard to sleep.
Room was amazing and over looked the golf course very high standard staff were friendly would definalty go back
Nothing everything was perfect
Location - goodBreakfast - ok, but self service and not cooked to order
Hotel pod is a lodge configured flas four separate rooms. Cleaners started cleaning and noisy inside the lodge at 0900 even though check out was 1100.Golf at accommodation - very slow pace of play and poor etiquette from members/visitors
Golf was great. Staff were helpful and kind.
The room seemed a bit tired, peeling wallpaper, Mattress had given way, television left on babe station lol.
We had an amazing time staying at KP lodges, the room was really good and the hot tub was amazing. We had breakfast as well which was amazing. We would definitely recommend.
It was all amazing, thank you.
The bed was 2 singles pushed together very uncomfortable. Tv didnt work and there was no lamp. The noise from.the other rooms.was very loud too. Was disspointing considering we had paid over 100 for 1 night and the resort was lovely but the rooms need some attention x
Nice location
No tv remote, no tea spoons.
