The location of the lodges are great. Quiet and peaceful. Food and drinks can be ordered easily and quickly. Hot tub is great and lodge was clean.

The property was spotless clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxing surroundings

The hot tub temperature was not that hot and could not be adjusted

Lovely, comfortable clean Nice over looking the river

2 dogs nearby barked all night

kintala was lovely and clean. The cabins were so cosy and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Our spa experience was lovely. The hot tub and sauna was amazing too. Will definitely be back.

    9StuartPosted on: 11-3-2023

It had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, tranquil night away.

The only downside was the hot tub, this one couple were in it for the whole duration of our stay (nothing you can do about that) but we felt a bit uncomfortable as they had food and drinks surrounding the whole area so we didn’t bother trying to use it

Kintala was the perfect escape from reality we didn’t know we needed. From the location to the views and cabin everything was perfect we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more.

The only fault I would give is the price of breakfast that the property offered. £10 per person for a small basket of store bought goods in hindsight we’d wait for check out to go and get a fry up but hunger got the better of us this time.

The views were lovely and the breakfast was very nice.

I requested to stay in the hobbit house with our own private hot tub but on arrival it ended up that our booking hadn't been changed and we were staying in a standard glamping pod. Not what I had planned and not up to the same standard that is intended us to have.

Staff amazing, spotlessly clean amazing stay

Hot tubs are amazing, river views

Gr8 location , peaceful and tranquil , modern , clean

The set up is absolutely beautiful. Each lodge is meticulously clean & contains a range of facilities. Outdoor play area for children was great. The best part for us was breakfast. The cutest basket filled with fresh scones, pastries, juice etc. was delivered to our cabin the following morning.I highly recommend visiting this beayfoful place.

The location was out of the way- ideal for real campers, perhaps less ideal for newbies to the glamping scene. There was nowhere to go for a walk, so unless you intend to spend your stay in the hot-tub or are prepared to travel, this could be an issue.

Location is amazing, we stayed in a luxury lodge with private hot tub and had a fantastic stay . So peaceful and relaxing .

    9EmmaPosted on: 9-4-2023

Loved the sound of the river so relaxing the bed was comfy too lovely night away.

We booked hot tub for 9 o'clock but it was very hard to find in the dark I also couldn't find sauna was a little disappointed in it.

The glamping pod was lovely and very clean. Staff very friendly. Was a nice relaxing stay

I had booked for a bottle of bubbly to be in the pod gor our anniversary.. cost me £15 for a £5 bottle of bubbly that was not even chilled... i would have preferred it to be left in ice and feel £15 is abit much for just a bottle left on the counter.

Hairdryer and fridge provided. Nice setting next to river _ stone bridge. Staff were very good when arriving after hours.

Cabin was unfunctional. No storage, drawers, or space to put suitcases / bags / clothes. Kitchenette had cheap cutlery which bent when used, and no utensils for cooking eg sharp knife, peeler, serving spoon or tongs. BBQ was located in separate area, with no wood available, so was unusable. Safety concerns with electrical PowerPoints sitting on top of heater vent, as very few PowerPoints for practicality of using appliances. Sofa was also against heater, due to small space, so a fire hazard. No toilet brush. Bed was awkward to get out of, as you need to crawl and exit from foot of bed. Light switch for bedroom area worked intermittently.

    10DarrenPosted on: 7-15-2023

The staff was excellent, especially with a few extra requests the girl leanne brilliant thoughout

Sofa was hard and uncomfortable Jacuzzi could do with more privacy screens at rails

    7AnaPosted on: 7-4-2023

Nice location and very relaxed atmosphere

The light bulb in the bed area needed replacing, it was a bit of a bummer not being able to read in bed and having to use the phone as a light to get to bed. So some attention to detail was a bit lacking. Other than that, it is a briliant pod.
