Brockley Hall Hotel

Superb breakfast and service . Generous portions well cooked and presented . The hotel is welcoming and comfortable - staff simply outstanding in every respect … afternoon tea delightful ! Nothing too much trouble. A hotel popular with locals who pop in in droves for cake and morning coffee -

I’d have liked some control over the radiator as the duvets were very thin .

The hall is beautiful and has a unique interior design the food was very nice.

We stayed in a attic room 32 and the blinds and mattress needs updating We had the valentine's tasting menu and the wait between some of the courses were too long. One was just over an hour between course. This made the experience not enjoyable we felt like we were forgotten about and for the price we expected better service. I feel like they took on more than they could achieve with the amount of staff.

Absolutely nothing

The bath was massive and the breakfast was delicious. Service at breakfast was superb.

Bed was too short - we are tall people and the bottom made it tricky. Windows didn't shut do a little drafty.

Great location close to everything. The staff were lovely and made us so welcome. The hotel is amazing with some truly individual decor and furnishings. It’s a mixture of old and new and is kept in immaculate condition. Superb breakfast with a wide range of options.

Very Bohemian boutique hotel , lovely staff excellent breakfast . Sunday lunch looked good to ..Bedroom was gorgeous Bath sitting in bedroom just waiting for bubbles . Nicely appointed shower room . Coffee tea and biccies On the tray waiting with bottled water .. Bed comfy good night's sleep .

Parking on street although small car park to side . In our case wasn't an issue .

The restaurant and dinner were great, Had a lovely evening with freinds. Very unusual restaurant decor.

Very expensive for what we experienced, heating in room was not working, horrible smell of damp throughout the hotel. Messy reception. Subpar room and facilities.

Cleanliness of the bathroom. The walls had some toothpaste splatter on them. This could be easily rectified

Amazing staff and a very comfortable bed.Food was also very nice, however a little expensive.

the bed was awful and very uncofortable no support at alltv hanging off the wall had to ask for everything at breakfast including how i would like my eggs

THere were plenty of options for breakfast. The hotel decor is qurky and original and the room was very comfortable. We had a rolll top bath and walk in shower in our huge bathroom. The hotel bar served great cocktails and the staff were very helpful and attentive. We originally booked one night but decided to stay another night to get full enjoyment of the hotel and the town of Saltburn.

Eccentric with plenty of on street parking and a few minutes on foot from station, shops, and sea front. In December was good value.

Wild decor at first hid the grubby woodwork and light switches. Bits on carpet so had to brush feet before getting into bed.

Thr staff were really kind and helpful, the facilities were excellent and very different, fabulous decor etc

Slight issues parking but it was a very busy weekend so no fault of that hotel

Everything was 5 star, the location, the staff, the decor, the quality of food, the rooms.
