Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff
Cold room, uncomfortable bed. Others paid alot less and got breakfast with their booking, whereas ours didn't include breakfast
The main hotel was lovely.
The room was terrible, not very clean, very dated with a cracked window.
Staff were very polite and friendly but the youth could to have done with some. Experience.
Staff were far to young and inexperienced but lovely . I stood at the bar 45 minutes waiting to be served.
Location was ideal for where we needed to be Good comfortable bed
Quite cold overnight Small radiator in the room and another plug In But quite a size room to heat Room a little tired
Staff were excellent from check in to check outGood size room, comfy bed, very cleanGreat location for what we needed
Location amazing , wedding venue unbelievable, see why we travelled from Liverpool for it
Heating in one of rooms was a problem , but staff moved us , which was fine
Ok stay, not a venue...
Thought the room was overpriced.Previous occupants false eyelashes left in drawer Alcohol prices were outrageously high taking advantage of a captive audience
It was clean and comfortable
Radiator didn’t work so had a portable one
Food and staff
Our room was above function room so some disturbance by noise
Never again
It was a bit grubby seemed family run and like corners were cut
The room was clean and well decorated and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel ticks boxes other than when female members of a wedding party are allowed to walk round the hotel in rollers on the evening and pyjamas in the morning - thought I was seeing things at first

Very modern hotel and clean rooms. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed over for a wedding and the whole experience was lovely.
Nothing negative to say
The hotel was beautiful.lovely decorations & very stylish.
Where as the hotel was beautiful the room needed a bit of tlc.The hotel wasn’t busy & we did get a great price for one night. But they put us in the far depth of the hotel.Which we found out the next morning when speaking to a staff member when we told them the number of the room we were staying in.Their face changed & they said you shouldn’t have been placed in that room .Doesn’t make you want to stay again which is a shame it’s a wonderful hotel.
Not a bad stay
Payed for more expesive room bath dirty fake tan
Nice wedding venue. Comfortable bar area. Nice breakfast
Stayed in room 22. Room was dated. Close to busy road and only poor single glazing. Very noisy from 6.30 in morning. Very nice cooked to order breakfast. Staff all very friendly
Property was in a good central location, although seamed to be very focussed on wedding guest hosting rather than catering for individual guests alongside the wedding guests.
Convenient location, with ample parking.
