Location comfy bed and downstairs bar. Lovely staff

I would ask for a room at the back of the property as it is situated on a road leading into rye

It's in Rye proper, so everywhere is a short walk from the Regent. It's a comfortable place, calls itself a motel but feels like a hotel

Well placed for all amenities great room. Bar downstairs stopped music at 1030pm.

This is a Motel not a Hotel - shabby entrance & car park - only saw one member of staff the whole visit & then she was saying we hadn’t paid and asked for payment again

Fabulous location right in the middle of town and with a car parking space. Staff were very helpful on arrival and departure. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable.

Friendly helpful staff. Good quality fixtures and fittings. Nice towels and linen. Nice tea tray and we’ll stocked honesty box.

Bed tilted slightly and noisy every time u moved. Was told the bar was being refurbished

The location was great and the room was comfortable. It was convenient with the station closed.

We left on a Sunday and we couldn't leave our luggage at the reception. It was a self check out. If you are planning to leave in the afternoon like we did we needed to carry our bag around. It was ok, we had a small bag but still not great.The station doesn't have a luggage storage either.

Great rooms.

There seemed to be a party going on at the bar below that kept us awake due to people walking the hallways and being really loud until the early hours of the morning.

The family room is spacious and very clean. room is modern and the bathroom is really good as well. Beds are soft and comfy, it’s also at the back side of the house so quite with no noise. I first doubted choosing this room as the name ‘Motel’ didn’t give me a hotel room impression - but it has turned out to be a great decision! Excellent location as well, 3 min to the train station and high street.

The noise from the bar downstairs. Strange accounting process, which was explained once I asked.

The shower was great, better than in many more expensive paces. They offer no breakfast but there are plenty of places around offering breakfast so that is not a problem. Booking a parking place is essential as there aren't any convenient ones around

It was above a bar.On a busy road.The sheet didn’t fit the bed.There was no iron in the cupboard.Cheap hairdryer.No case stand.No space to put toiletries in the bathroom.Only choice of overhead shower - no hand shower.Slippy shower tray floor.No fridge in the room.
