- Clean, recently modernized
- Very well laid out and definitely child friendly. The staff were lovely particularly towards my daughter
- Hotel was nice and modern. Rooms were in good condition and very clean.
Cons -
- Breakfast was so-so
- Only feedback would be to suggest breakfast booking slots. It did get really busy at 9.30 on 29th December
- Staff were very poor, provided incorrect info and were rude to deal with. We were also informed that we had to provide card details (took £50 without authorisation) in case we ordered anything to room. This was not included in booking details.
