Pros +
- Staff and Starbucks
- The food was lovely and the service was really good
- This is our second time saying here and it is perfect for our stay in Bury to attend a music weekend. Breakfast is great and the fried eggs are cooked to perfection. The room is comfortable and had everything that we needed. The staff are friendly and special mention for Muneeb who was there to welcome us when we arrived. He was helpful and very professional
Cons -
- First room dirty - few rough and rowdy visitors - paid for late checkout and cleaners woke us up they were that loud
- The car park was full of litter, we couldn't swim as the times didnt suit when we were arriving after our event. The room was dusty and freezing even with the radiator turned up full
- The only thing -and I mentioned this last time we stayed that the bathroom could do with a towel rail or put one of those ones you hang on the radiator

Not a lot really. The hotel has deteriorated.
The hotel was dirty. My bedroom had to be changed as the bedding was stained.Shower was blocked . So overflowed and water went everywhere. No sheet on the topper?
It's warm, clean and comfortable enough.
When we arrived the guy told us their breakfast was until 10am so we went down at 9:30 only to find out breakfast was over. Then this other guy told us they would refund us no problem but when we checked out this girl that was at reception told us she couldn't do a refund because the manager was not there. She also said that she would share the information and get in touch with us through email. Of course that never happened! So all we got was lies from all the staff - terrible.
I loved all the facilities swimming gym and how comfortable the bed was and yeah overall great experience and stay
There was nothing I Didn't like everything was perfect just perfect comfortable cosy stay
Large clean room with good facilities.
Steps up to entrance might be off putting for guests with mobility issues.
They don’t read the messages...
Had requested a cot and didn’t get one, so had a screaming baby with no where to sleep. Only 1 set of towels in a room that had been booked for two adults, room service was ordered; two meals, which were lovely but only one set of cutlery arrived.
Staff very friendly and professional
Rooms, corridors in need of update and tlc ,carpet large tear ,corridor missing beading ,very cold.
loved the leisure centre, good dining in the evening and integrated Starbucks for coffee.
paying extra for car parking.
Location near to the event we were attending
Hotel very cold including room itselfBar staff disinterestedBreakfast closes down too early
The health club facilities
We had to leave the hotel between 10- 4 pm due to electrical testing however as this was an add on night to stay no allowance on room rate This is found just Corporate greed
The room came with free use of health club facilities
The food at best mediocre service poor Failed to freshen up room when the sign was out so arriving back one night had to track back to reception 2 lifts and long walk away
Disappointing
I upgraded to a club room because I prefer a non instant coffee. When it came to the morning my coffee machine didn’t work and I don’t have time due to starting work to get it fixed
Room is lovely with comfy bed. Big tv and good channels. Food and drink in the pub downstairs is great.
Modern, clean, comfortable
Everything being seperate and having to pay for parking when they got their own car park
The TV but couldn't access smart features.
The noise from the bar and the bed was uncomfortable
Everything about the room, the bathroom was big and modern and the shower was huge. Also the bed was big and very comfortable.
Hanging space for clothes was minimal.
The gym the pool and the bar with the darts area was very good Room was god but could do with a lick of paint in the bathroom
Room was a long way to get to but was very quiet in that area of the hotel so made up for the distance to go
Clean, Comfy and loved the leisure facilities.
