The Royal Toby Hotel

Staff pleasant, decor was good, clean and restaurants were very good

Pillows a bit hard

The location was convenient.

We booked a twin room, but the second bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. We were then woken by noise from the room next door from around 11:30 pm. When we contacted reception, the response was blunt and unhelpful, and the noise continued into the early hours of the morning.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Spacious room and easy enough for us to access the town centre.

Room overlooked the bins. Bit noisy when other guests were in the corridors.

Both bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and tidy. My bed was very comfortable and I had 2 excellent nights of sleep. I booked a table at Cenetta and had a gorgeous pasta there.

Room, food and restaurant was good,

Hotel overnight, perfect location for our travel reas. Lovely staff Lovely food

Single beds!!

Very nice hotel clean spacious rooms comfy bed friendly welcoming stuff couldn't ask for more, we ate in the restaurant all the food was excellent and again friendly staff. If your in the area it’s a no brainer

breakfast

After being out all day, when we returned to our room our electronic key cards always locked us out. Each time, we then had to go back down to reception to get them revalidated. We stayed for four nights and this problem happened every day. It was very annoying. We kept the cards away from, our mobile phones.

Clean and all heaters were working well. Staff was very helpful and amazing. Gave toothbrush which we really appreciated

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Noisy next door. Should of told staff after 12 night

Great hotel and restaurant, very friendly staff and a perfect location for our trip.

Room was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The only thing was the room was too hot for me, but that was easily sorted.

Clean, spacious room. Tasty breakfast

No instructions available for heating or use if facilities. Staff did not know answers when asked either. Breakfast did not start until 7am which is not great when you have to get off to work

beautiful rooms i especially liked the fact you can watch netflix on the tv

very clean and staff were very helping

Clean, staff extremely helpful, comfortable and with slow ev charger you can actually get into to charge your car overnight. Lovely hotel.

Shower could be a bit more powerful

Food, staff, room

Very helpful staff allowed us to stay in the room later to get changed for the funeral. Food good

Superb

Had no bath no shower capThe lighting

room was lush, bath was great and bed was so comfy, staff friendly and exceptionally helpful, breakfast was insane - good quality ingredients all cooked with care and breakfast service staff absolutely wonderful.

the only thing i could say is it's a bit out of the way, so if you were walking places it could be a bit tricky, but for a work visit it was perfect as we felt nicely secluded.

Lovely Hotel in not such a great area . All staff really kind and helpfull.

Tv would not work . Lovely lady on reception came up and tried to sort it out but could not . I wasnt worried too much but liked that she tried and sorry about it .
