I have been charged 3 times for 2 rooms, staff at the reception weren't helpful at all one did try help but the other on the desk Saturday morning was quite rude and not helpful, I was basically told to contact my bank and she couldn't do anything else , refused to give me any numbers to contact to chase my refund was basically told there is no customer service number for Hilton . I'm still chasing my refund. Also had the breakfast cook come to our table more or less begging us to give her a review on trip advisor. Breakfast was good but they did not replenish anything past 9.30 . people queuing up were told they weren't cooking any more .

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was absolutely lovely with a very spacious bed and we enjoyed the additional luxury of a mini fridge. I also had the best shower of my life under the rainfall head.

Nothing extreme and could probably ask staff about more hot veggie options at breakfast but it would be fantastic to have them on display when we come again. :)

Great modern hotel with good rooms and beds. Helpful friendly staff . Great breakfast options in bright clean space.

it was beautiful and modern, staff where so helpful and couldn't do enough. the bed was comfy and the tv was full of channels and movies. The breakfast was lovely aswell

the cleaner knocked on 10 asking me when i was leaving when checkout was 12 and was slightly rude but that was all

I'd originally booked for 2 nights but needed to arrive a day earlier.the lady who dealt with this on the phone was very helpful and made the process of adding an extra night simple.on the whole all the staff from the reception and breakfast area were all very welcoming each day.

The breakfast was included in the price and it was great value for money. Also the location was not too far from central manchester which made it easy to commute back and forth. Would highly reccomend staying here, staff were really nice and helped me with my questions at any time even in themiddle of the night.

A very friendly and helpful welcome, superb room and a very comfortable bed. An excellent breakfast with a large choice.

Location was good for everything in the city centre

Although breakfast was plentiful and tasty certain things weren’t replaced quickly enough and lack of signage of crockery and cutlery items meant a longer time getting a breakfast together

Fantastic location although sat nav doesn’t get you there very good. Modern building very clean. Central location, car park opposite £5 . Amazing choice for breakfast shower great and jumbo towels

Rooms spacious,beds exceptionally comfortable and good quality bed linen. Good temperature control.Quiet.

No fried eggs for breakfast

The hotel was ideally located for my needs and right in the centre of Rochdale. The room was also clean and comfortable.

At breakfast on both days of my stay, the same member of staff removed my drinks even though I had not finished them. I had moved from the table to get more breakfast items. I did mention the reception about this when checking out.

It is perfect location and facilities was on the spot and specaily staff was very amazing and supportive specaily Carina,Lily and Gretel when ever ask for help these people are amazing I would like to go again hotel and one thing I need to I was surprised this Hampton hotel have body care lotion

The reception area was clean and comfortable, and we were greeted by very pleasant, helpful staff.The room was excellent. Perfectly clean, and had all of the expected facilities.The breakfast was lovely.

The parking, in a multi-storey car park opposite the hotel.But, we did get a 50% discount.
