Hilton Garden Inn at Emirates Old Trafford Manchester

Location was fantastic for what we wanted. Nice clean staff we friendly. Breakfast was amazing coffee to go cups available was a extra touch that made it a little nicer

Bed was too hard and high for my liking but thats personal preference. My partner didn't have an issue

Location and cleanliness, size of the room was great. The hotel is within the Old Trafford cricket stadium which makes it unique and you can also see the Old Trafford football stadium.

Great room with balcony overlooking the cricket pitch. Great location for catching the tram into the centre of Manchester. Excellent parking.

Coffee wasn’t very nice at breakfast it was a bit lacking in flavour.

Staff were great. Views and room were lovely. Breakfast was nice and people were polite. Close to the tram service which helped a lot.

Parking got crowded pretty quick. It’s not “in” city centre.

King room but bed felt small for a king more like a double so not much room

The staff were fabulous and helpful especially the two Ian's on reception, plus another lady who I didn't get her name but she gave us great advice where to go for food and drinks as we were arrived a few hours too early to check in.We did hit the bar after checking in. The staff were great there too but prices I felt were a bit steep though.

Corridors and rooms smelt so clean.Everywhere was well presented.Staff very friendly and helpful.

Long queue for check in on arrival. I also think the bar stool height chairs on the balcony are very dangerous and I was very surprised they were the choice of seating - disaster waiting to happen.

Lovely room The view of the cricket stadium from the balcony was excellent The shower in the bathroom was really good and hot Bed was comfortable

No complimentary biscuits with tea or coffee making facilities The shower coiled pipe was split, so water was leaking, TV was difficult to figure out how to work it

Excellent and very helpful ,friendly reception team when we checked in , they were very attentive and engaging and made the experience very personal

The building can be cold in spots and the room took a while to warm up

Very close to the train station. Lovely, modern rooms with a good selection of amenities. Paid extra for the breakfast. It was delicious and worth it.

Room lighting- room was a bit dark It would also be helpful to have a sign at the Old Trafford station directing to hotel as there are two exits.

Place was lovely and comfortable, location was very close to the Manchester United ground. The staff were lovely and the food was very good. We would highly recommend this hotel

£50 "deposit" being taken, Cant see where that was in T&c's, All be it repaid..

While the hotel is well located, the room was clean, and the receptionist was satisfactory, the overall stay was let down by poor service and unacceptable food quality.

This morning I had one of the worst breakfast experiences I have ever encountered.The chef’s behaviour was completely unacceptable — extremely rude, unprofessional, and showing no respect whatsoever to the guests who came in for breakfast. This alone was disappointing, but unfortunately the quality of the food was just as bad.The bacon and sausages were completely dry and practically inedible. The hash browns were so hard that they were difficult to bite into — to the point where I genuinely felt I could damage my teeth trying to eat them. This is far below any reasonable standard.Given the behaviour of the chef and the poor quality of the food, the experience was extremely disappointing. I have already reported this matter to reception, however I felt it was important to formally raise my concerns as well.I expect this issue to be taken seriously and addressed accordingly, as this is not the level of service or quality that should be offered to guests.

Lovely hotel, great view from the room, comfy bed, large shower, great facilities all round.

TV is a bit complicated and doesn’t do half the things it’s supposed to do.

The receptionist Jay was exceptional. We arrived quite early but, for medical reasons, having early access to our room would be extremely helpful, game-changing. Jay understood and accepted our situation, and worked especially hard that we received an early room, so that we were able to attend to the medical issues at hand. This was all very impressive, and we were so grateful.

I loved the walkability to Old Trafford, the restaurant on the 1st floor was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay!

Great location , lovey view and staff in general very nice

At check in 1st stuff member to check me in was very unhappy, didn’t tell me the location of where breakfast would be, I ask if they had a kid friendly meal in the hotel restaurant was told no with no suggestions of where to go around the hotel , didn’t inform me in general what in the hotel etc
