Beds were clean and comfortable Bar staff welcoming helpful

Nothing. Place was an absolute dump. From the moment I entered the lobby, I could tell that something was off. The decor was outdated, and the musty smell of the carpet was overwhelming. They had asked for a payment straight away - red flag - Avoid.

Everything, looked like I just walked into a building site, and the musty carpet smell was awful - The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything happening in the rooms adjacent to mine. This made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Access to public transportation.

The fact that they don¿t have free internet and they don¿t clean the rooms while occupied. Stayed 7 days and they didn¿t clean it.

The staff was nice!

The Honey Bee restaurant was within walking distance and very nice. Unfortunately, this is the only good thing I can say about the hotel.

Mold. There was mold clearly visible on the ceiling and walls of the bathroom. There was no proper ventilation and the smell was noticeable upon entering the room. Staff was unable to change our room or give a refund or discount, but at least tried.

Only the location

It was horrible. We will never stay there again. Dirty. Broken toilet paper roll, shampoo dispenser, TV didn't work well, stains all over the floor. They did give us a new room which was somewhat better but still was dirty.

The staff were friendly

The room was small , the bathroom was very small and had no hairdryer . The WiFi was way too limited and you could really only use in the lobby and bar

In short, heinous and unhealthy. Dingy dirty rooms, unprofessional staff, bad location. All around, the worst.

Adequate room, clean and functional, but in view of probable expense of getting there, not very good value.

Despite prior assurances, on arrival at the airport I was unable to get a shuttle and the hotel did not pick up my call. I had to spend £20 on a taxi. Casual explanation at hotel was 'the lines are down', and I was made to pay for shuttle next morning.

check in was slow- clerks talking to each other Retauarent was a disaster. Rooms too small.

Breakfast was good. There is a very nice walk along the river towards Styal from the front door. Shuttle service to airport costs five pounds. Well sound proofed from airport noise. Convenient for Wilmslow town center.

Pool and leisure club costs an extra five pounds.

Our room telephone did not work; there was a dirty towel in the bathroom; carpet was dirty; wall was needing repair. We told staff about telephone but the issue was not addressed while we were there. Could not get wake up call.

Situation near airport Excellent room, very quiet despite close to airport runway

Chaos getting cab to airport next morning. May have been due to unusual traffic congestion on connector road, but front desk staff did not handle situation well

Elevator/lift needs to be updated. Was slow if it ever showed up.
