Beautiful interior design, fantastic spa facilities, very friendly & relaxed atmosphere. Everything felt very easy.

Aircon control in our room took a bit of working out. Would have liked to be able to access our netflix/iPlayer account on the TV or have a wider range of channels to watch.

Breakfast well organised and the staff were very attentive.Choice was all you would expect.

Will be back next year for a similar break ie not much to not like.Was a small issue where head chef could have been more supportive to one of our groups requests.

There was only an option for a buffet breakfast, which was cold and the eggs were hard.

The overnight reception man was not approachable at all, he was unprofessional when I checked out and do not even speak

Location and facilities are excellent. Great for a relaxing weekend with options of golf or a spa/gym session

Travelling to the area for work each week, their hotel rooms are the best in terms of comfort, cleanliness and above all else rooms are quiet.

The dinner /breakfast offer is a bit meh so usually head out.

Room was lovely, smart, comfy beds, very good location.

The staff are excellent and there is no shortage of them. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The cleanliness is superb. Everything was of a very high standard.

The food was disappointing at times. Buffet breakfast not kept hot enough. Fish was very overcooked one night.

needs a little attention to detail as stains in carpet. need to make sure when guests staying that the toilet roll, sugar and tea is topped up and we had none of these and had to go to reception to get. a lot of time when we went to reception no one was there. we also didnt get housekeeping come when it says daily house keeping online, when I told staff we didn't have this she just said ill take note. so we didnt get fresh towels or toilet rolls, sugar, tea bags or milk and again had to ask for it. for a 4 star hotel and the price of the room, you at least expect these kinds of things, also says smart tv but could only get basic channels. also not enough lightning in room, very very dark!

When checked in there was a mix up with room. They gave us keys for room. Didn’t work. Had to go to reception and get sorted. Got back to top floor. Key opened door and we woke up a man already sleeping in the room. He was not happy. My 7 year old was frightened and crying. Eventually sorted correct room. Was a fleeting visit. Clean and nice otherwise.

The usual comfort, quiet and facilities.

We had a fire alarm during one of the mornings of our stay and the fire wardens just walked past us and didn't reassure or guide us. It was an absolute disaster.

Very modern and room had great air-conditioning.

One of the single beds had a big dip in the middle so my husband had bad sleep.

The hotel was clean with nice furniture, The food was awful, complete waste ov money as we had too leave it it was that bad, Breakfast was ok very expencive for what you got.
