Courtyard by Marriott Keele Staffordshire

Very clean, comfortable beds and crisp, clean bedding, nice view from room, lovely breakfast, nice to have iron and hairdryer in room, liked the brand of shampoo, soap, etc

Happy with everything. Also location was quiet and perfect for our stay, not far from friends

Perfect for visiting my daughter at Keele Uni. Have stayed twice and staff are always welcoming and very pleasant. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious.

Very little. If it was cheaper, I'd visit more!

Quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Helpful, kind staff. Dog friendly hotel. Well kept hotel.Coffee bar, restaurant.Everything we needed was available

Good location to Keele University. Basic facilities available in the room for a pleasant stay.Professionalism of hotel staff, friendly and supportive of guest's needs.

This was a beautiful, clean, beds comfortable hotel. The staff were helpful and was quiet as we were just passing through. Thank you!

cannot think of anything.

They were very very accommodative in arranging family room for us, we couldn't get at the time of online booking. They supported a lot on this to us - family !Breakfast options are limited. You have to book and pay daily a night before of your plan of taking breakfast and pay GBP 9/person for breakfast. If you pay at the time of breakfast, you pay GBP14. It seems crazy but thats how it is.Very limited Veggie options. We can order Vegetarian sausages in breakfast - blessing !

Adding default veggie options in breakfast - this is something they should explore. Kind of doing some kind of survey with guests on their food preferences.

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel. Room was well-equipped. Breakfast was plentiful, dinner was tasty and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

Nothing - it was great.

Very attentive and polite staff, helpfull 24 hours a day.Even when you need your girlfriends coco puffs liberated from the safe at 1 am

I stayed at this hotel over the bank holiday weekend and had the perfect experience! The hotel was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated with a lovely interior. The gym was a real highlight—immaculately clean, well-equipped, and ideal for me and my family to get our morning workouts in.The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and kind throughout our stay. The towels and bedding were soft and luxurious, and the toiletry products provided were high quality and pleasant to use. The bed itself was super comfy and made for a great night’s sleep.Breakfast was also excellent, with a generous variety of food to choose from.Overall, a fantastic stay—would definitely come back again!

The staff here are truly wonderful & always look after us well. From Kea on reception to Marcin in the restaurant, we always get a warm welcome.

Room service would be great.

The staff members were nice and very helpful & approachable indeed! Even when checking in very late at night after a very long, exhausting journey. The receptionist at the time was on top of things/informative as they made me aware of what I needed to know. On top, they were very friendly with my 1-year-old, who wanted to be friends with them because of the way they were caring around him. Family-friendly hotel!very clean, very spacious - homely vibe

The location may need to be a bit clearer- the satnav took us to a different location, to one of the university campus buildings - so maybe a signboard before entering the campus area- as we travelled very late at night we could not see the name of the hotel. The bathroom showerhead could be changed, as not much water was coming out I understand if you are trying to be environment friendly but water pressure was very slow.

Very clean and well presented. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

almost everything.breakfast, cleanness staff, comfort, food

poor facilities

Absolutely amazing, from the staff at reception to the food itself at breakfast and the room was lovely clean, modern and just relaxing!

Very clean, modern and the beds were so comfy

As always comfortable beds, immaculately clean and lovely staff. If only all hotels were of the same high standard.

Very close to where we needed to be. Lovely big room.Friendly helpful staff.Very good good.

Great location beside Keele University. Friendly staff, lovely welcoming area, bar, and restaurant.Rooms are spacious, tea and coffee facilities in the room, but just enough for two cups, sadly.Air conditioning in the room was great as the weather was beautiful during our stay.

Room was clean and comfortable.bed very comfortable. Cannot open any windows so no fresh air but room is air conditioned.

Poor service in the restaurant, we were offered to sit outdoors for our meal which took ages to arrive, then was cold as we waited for cutlery to be brought. When later in the evening i went to the bar for a pot of tea the same server huffed and that also incurred an undue wait. I understand the restraunt was busy but it was only a pot of tea and it was about the attitude of the staff member. Reception staff and other staff were all professional and helpful.Hotel does not accept cash and this should be highlighted on website and on booking.com

Great location for visit to Keene Uni. Loads of free parking. Breakfast was good

No life or things to do at or anywhere near the hotel. Clean but lifeless. Snore fest
