Free parking offered to guests on booking.Com. Beware parking eye who manage properties parking on site still sent us a fine for £100 for our one night stay. Despite ringing hotel about this I had to open a case with IHG Int at Windsor to try and get this cancelled. Still ongoing!

A great stopover, loved the gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool.. it set us up for the day ahead.Rooms were comfy and quiet. Staff went above and beyond.

Breakfast

Room was cold heating did not work, shower was cold ever though water was left running for 30 minutes.

No smart TV couldn't use netflix account

It was.okqy. food was fair. Mybe its wwht i ordered but it could be better. and room okay

Food. Steak was not so juicy and not well seasoned.

Reception staff were very efficient and polite

There was no breakfast available on day 2 due to a power supply issue.

The room was in a poor state of repair with paint coming off the door the shower had no power and the TV had to be replaced as it did not work

Staff are great & the gym/ pool are a great bonus. Room was a good size I asked for a slightly bigger than my last stay which they did happily.

Chose for its location and price. Breakfast was good value and lots of choice.

Tiny room, most uncomfortable bed, cold until we realised fan heating didnt work despite instructions saying it did and turned on rediator in bedroom which heated slowly, no heating in shower room. Shower not powerful enough and not height adjustable.

It’s a bit of a rabbit warren and depending where your room is it can be a long walk back to reception

Warm welcome at the reception desk, and friendly helpful staff throughout. Very clean and comfortable room with easy access. A lovely meal in the restaurant to round off the day. Just a couple of minutes off the M6, perfect for a break in a long journey. A field alongside allowed the dog an early-morning run before a delicious breakfast (for us, not the dog).

A dismal shower - just a trickle of hot water. Then, just as you're nicely wet all over you find the shower gel dispenser is empty. No other complaints, though.

Nothing id stay there again

Everything, lovely staff, nice room with comfortable beds, good meal and excellent value for money.
