Checkin with absentee receptionist did not work. Did not answer email text or any other form of contact. Fortunately someone was in the hotel who connected with the owner. Without that we were staying overnight at another place, Locked out.Just for that reason never will we book that again unless they change the check in procedure. Window for that was also limited: who is the customer here?

Decent room size.

Hotel does not have a front desk but you can call a number in case you run into issues. This is tricky when you are tourist from another country. Even though they email you details, it is quite confusing in person to check in. We were sent incorrect passcode due to which we had a very hard time entering the building. A few people living at the hotel helped us and showed us what to do. Sink doesn’t have hot water. Showers were strange. You either get hot water or water pressure. If you choose hot water the water pressure is really low taking forever to take shower. If you choose high water pressure, you get minimal warm water. The room has thermostat but not sure if it works as the room was extremely cold. Bed is very soft.

The room was spacious and clean but very cold. We could not work out how the heating worked and there was nobody to ask.Also, we were left 3 tea bags so one and a half cups each, for myself and my husband. We were there two nights also!

Cold room and bathroom. Only 3 teabags for 2 nights stay! Also no hot water in the bathroom taps. Nobody to ask.

Ideal location for business purposes both for the transport network and local amenities.

The hotel provided clear self-check-in instructions. It’s a self-service hotel with no front desk, but the room was comfortable and well-sized. Housekeeping came every day to clean and change towels. There are several grocery stores within a short driving distance.

The common area is spacious, but it would be better equipped for simple cooking. There are two microwaves and big refrigerator but more cooking utensils would be helpful. The sink is quite small, and it would be nice to have tea or coffee available in the lounge. There is no elevator in the building.

Our stay was 6 nights. The towels were changed on the second day and then only one was changed. The rest of the time we used wet towels.

The property was located in a very charming village with many cafes, restaurants & boutiques within a reasonable walking distance. Parking was a breeze & the staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were quite modern, sterile and extremely quiet with very comfortable beds. If you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage; unfortunately, there is no lift available.

No lift available and the front door is extremely heavy.

There was a communal kitchen with fridgespaces and microwave ovens, plus crockery and cutlery

It was a contact free checkin which required your mobile phone to read QR codes to obtain the key. This proved difficult for a couple of Aussie pensioners but fortunately staff were on hand to feel sorry for us and assist.

Clean space, easy to get in, friendly helpful staff. 10/10

Would have been good to know that the iron+ board is on the ground floor lounge area but otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you.

Very comfy, slept very well.

I think the kitchen is missing some equipment such as a toaster for example. The shower could be a bit more powerful, although it wasn’t bad.

Modern clean rooms, good value, 20 mins walk from town . Small issue was swiftly resolved via text communication. Gated parking at night.

Noise from dual carriageway could be an issue if you are a light sleeper. We took earplugs which helped greatly

Too noisy, no air con, no ice

Did not like anything. No staff, no elevators.. No restaurant..

There was no staff to ask for toilet paper, no soap in the room. No food or services

Great location. Easy access by car. Nice clean room.

The room was very spacious and clean. The gated area made us feel the car was safe. The walk to town was about 20 mins but didn’t bother us. There were take away places a few minutes walk away and there was cutlery and plates for guest use, as well as microwaves. The housekeeping staff were lovely.

The loo paper dispenser with tiny sheets of paper. Would be nice to have the option for breakfast.

The room was nice and the clean bed was comfy

No food we had to walk to the Town centre for breakfast lunch and dinner

The room was nice. Good location and clean.

The shower is a liability. The water oscillated from freezing to burning and I’m not kidding. I cannot believe someone hasn’t gotten a third degree burn or gone to hospital. I had to take a sink bath because the water was awful. They got some sort of water heater in there that is not ok. Recommend checking those.

It’s basic and I didn’t realise st the time of biking not manned.

Fact it’s key code entry and has no staff

The whole checkin and checkout was seamless and well instructed self service. The property has secure dedicated parking space and EV charging station. The common lounge area was nice with board games, tv, vending machines and dining table. The property is within range of almost all the town center restaurants delivery services. The bathroom was clean.
