Pros +
- Very friendly and efficient staff on arrival, easy check-in. The room was a good size for three adults. A large selection of power sockets with USB charging outlets was extremely useful. Coffee and tea making facilities were very good indeed. The included Full Welsh breakfast was excellent and the chef kindly cooked half an hour before the usual time for us so we could get away on our walk, very much appreciated. The pub was extremely friendly and served an excellent selection of real ales and had a very welcoming feeling. Location is great for anyone embarking on the Offa's Dyke Path and easily accessible from Prestatyn Station on foot. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you very much for a memorable stay.

- Hotel was clean, bedrooms are comfortable and have everything you need for a night or two stay. Staff are really helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again. The breakfast was amazing I would stay just for that.
Cons -
- so poor the whole thing was baaaaad noise from bar rooms bad food bad
- Double bed was quite small and room was cramped.
- No access to the hotel until 3pm. No chair in the bedroom or anywhere to hang clothes. No cereal offered at breakfast, in fact breakfast options pathetic.

Convenient location to the town and great hosts, parking out the front was a bonus.
The bed was comfortable.

We didn’t get a new modernised room, however the staff and Breakfast was amazing
So friendly
2nd time we stayed here ,and it is very well run .staff very helpful ,clean .breakfast very nice and plenty. We are already planning next trip and will be staying here.
there was a rugby match on when we arrived which caused a bit of parking problem ,but soon as finish we got a parking spot in the hotel grounds .
very good cooked breakfast, had one of the refurbished room, very good and comfortable bed, the bar downstairs very welcoming, stayed on pie and pint night brilliant.
The bar atmosphere..the singer..the ease of checking in place is being updated but no concerns
Good breakfast.
I turned up and my room had not been cleaned so they moved me in to another room and this room Window was broke so the window was banging all night as well as the door. Put towel in the window but as it was windy then that was as useful as a chocolate fire guard. So only slept a hour or so. I did tell the bar staff before calling it a night and just said sorry, thought they might have moved me again. I know it’s being done up but you can’t charge someone £75 for this… also mattress was the best.
Very nice place, spotlessly clean, staff were brilliant, only down side was the room we had the bed was very low and the mattress was very soft.
Bed too low to the floor and matress too soft
Fantastic central location. Busy thriving pub (I visited on a rugby day).
Unfortunately the drain smelled but it did not put us off considering coming back
Friendly helpful staff. Handily placed for Prestatyn town. High street only a short walk away.
Room was clean and tidy but tired and dated. Breakfast offering fair-good. For £75 a night can’t expect a lot.
staff were excellent and very attentive, room was great and excellent value for money. the breakfast was amazing
everything was excellent overall
Great location lovely warm room and comfy bed. Breakfast was great cooked fresh and plenty.
Conveniently located, clean warm & comfortable. Breakfast really good
When we first arrived their was maintenance which we was previously made aware of but the room wasn't up to standards very small, but once we had made staff aware we was moved into a larger room that was newly refurbished and was so lovely. The staff couldn't do anymore to help! We come to North Wales a lot as we have family there and have stayed here before when it was the previous owners, we will definitely be returning.
On arrival we were given roomNine ,which was absolutely freezing Dirty marks on carpet no light in bathroom and very dated I complained about the lack of heating and was told it would come on in ten minutes That didn’t happen went back down and said I wasn’t happy and wanted to change to room because of all the issues Which did happen and we were given roomSix which was a very small room but had been refurbished and was nice As above we Paid and extra £20 for a large room but ended up in a small room and no discount was offered staff at breakfast were very pleasant but no choices given for breakfast Overall not a very pleasant stay
Location
The newly refurbed room was lovely.
I wasn't in a large double room which i paid for.The noise during the night was intolerable. Guests shouting and not keeping quiet. I was also woken again at 4am by drunken people trying to get in my room which scared me.
