Was not able to have a shower due to water pressure. Food wasn't hot.windows locked airon broke. glass automatic opening door very slow to respond as walked right into it and bust my nose, and no offer for reduction on price due to not able to shower

Plenty of parking, reception staff very helpful. Large room, iron & ironing board provided.

Didn’t realise I had booked an accessible room. Wet room which would have been fine if the extractor fan worked. Went to Breakfast at 8.50, food had been out too long, bacon dry, hash browns very greasy and dry, only 3 mushrooms, and 1 dried up egg plus 1 piece of cold fried bread. Sausages and baked beans were ok. Very disappointed.

Value and facilities. Very helpful staff.

Bathroom in room was not private. Frosted glass door and wall which didn’t lock.

Bath was in a terrible state rust and jagged edges around the rim - very dangerous.Breakfast was cold and not good value for money, would be better cooked to order as there was a lot of waste,Paying for car park. Understand to put registration in but not to charge guests.

Unfortunately we turned up and there was no where to park in the car park my husband has a disabled badge and the space was not available by a non disabled vehicle we went into the hotel and it was full of kids and gypsies as they had a boxing thing going on it was awful we was able to park in the staff. Car park eventually we went to our room and the kids where running around and knocking are door it was a disgrace we went to the bar for a drink and yet again kids running around kneeling up at the bar taking straws and just being awful so we left the hot water wasn’t very hot and the bath plug didn’t work very well so the water run away and was cold and the bathroom was very dirty and the carpet had lots of stains on it? It’s the worse holiday inn we have stayed in and won’t be going back but I will say the breakfast was actually hot and tasty many thanks Mrs Casey

I liked where it was situated.

One of the lifts was out of order and the smaller lift couldn’t fit my mobility scooter in. I had to get out the lift and support myself while my husband had to physically lift my mobility scooters into the lift at a specific angle to fit it in. What would happen if there was a fire emergency? There should be easier accessible lifts or accessible rooms downstairs

All staff were exceptionally welcoming and were more than happy to support with any questions or service. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I was asleep. Pillows are so comfy. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, and all the food was tasty and warm.

Just needs a spa and a swimming pool to be super brilliant. Maybe Sky Sports in the bar area to persuade more people to stay there, which would create an atmosphere in there, as I was the only one in there at 6.30 pm

Fantastic room and great customer service coupled with a great breakfast. Tidy rooms. I highly recommend. I will surely sleep there again each time that I am in Sittingbourne.

Room was very noisy as by heating/extractor fan and room smelt musty. Guests in next room were very noisy.Did report next morning but did not hear back

I like the room and the convenience with coffee house and restaurant on site.

Unfortunately because of the construction on the roundabout made it longer for me to reach the hotel. I think it should be better in the future.

Staff friendly. Room had plenty of space. Beds comfortable. Breakfast included.

No heating in bathroom (more like a walk in fridge). Heating system in room poor but used electric heater also provided which resolved the problem but plug got dangerously hot. Several sockets in room not working. Ridiculously high charge for parking and not advised there was any charge for parking when booking.

Shower was nice after changing rooms as first didn't have hot water. Bed comfortable however pillows were terrible as they were lumpy.

Room was too hot and very stuffy. Kept us awake.

Clean room, got an upgrade, bed was great but the pillows didn’t met the standard of the bed

EV charger on site - booked the hotel because it said it had the facility to car electric cars. When we arrived there is two charging points on site one was out of order & the other had a vehicle on charge all through the night, so couldn’t charge, we had to drive into the town & charge from a EV station in Albany car park but we couldn’t leave the car there due to a 4 hour parking limit

Was charged £5 per night to park on arrival, which seemed very deceitful. This alone would make me consider if we would stay there,again.There were also some kind of industrial fans on the building behind our room which went on & off all night......OK as long as you didn't want the window open!
