- Great location, friendly staff and a lovely room with a harbour view. Always love having good coffee and tea making facilities and the Earl Grey loose leaf tea was an added bonus!
Cons -
- there was nothing about the hotel that wasn't of an excellent standard.
- Heating up too high as a personal preference. I could have called reception to have it adjusted but I didn't.
- The outside could do with being painted especially on the seaward side.

Great room, lovely bathroom. View was lovely. Food and service was fab.

Staff were lovely. Spectacular view. Big comfy bed. Room was spotless. Fabulous food.
The Greenbank Hotel building has been added to over the centuries giving it a certain quaintness. The location is great, looking over Falmouth harbour and easy access to the town. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t fault them.
The outside could do with being painted especially on the seaward side.
Location was fantastic, staff wonderful, The Working Boat was excellent.
Small square tables in the dining area. We only ate breakfast there, but hardly enough room for the breakfast items on the table.
The view was outstanding, the size of the room was lovely and the adddd bonus of having a bath ..
It was prefect for our needs
Spacious rooms, amazing views, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, easy walk into town
Nothing, it was all great!
Maya on reception was really friendly, patient & professional.
Sloping ceiling in single inland facing bedroom. I'm 5'9" so could have been a "bumping head" problem for me without extra care
I booked a total of 7 rooms, all rooms were well priced for the time of year
The only bad comment i could make was the wait for Breakfast, once of our guest who joined us later, waited over 45 minutes to be served a basic all day breakfast.
Lovely room, great view, super breakfast
The view
It needs refurbishing. The window frame in my room was leaking and dripping water, the carpet around the window was drenched.
Beautiful hotel with friendly, courteous staff. Excellent location and stunning views over the estuary. The bedrooms were comfortable and very well appointed with great beds and lovely toiletries. Will definitely be coming again.
Nothing. It was exceptional.
The sea views were amazing, clean throughout, staff were very helpful/friendly/polite, the restaurant with the sea views was a lovely experience with the food being out of this world overall excellent place to unwind
Location, room with balcony and beautiful view
Beautiful location - very hospitable staff and another lovely stay had.
Way too many stairs for my elderly mother.
My mum stayed here as a gift for her 70th birthday. She was absolutely delighted with the room. She said the room was large and the bed was really comfortable, and the view was beautiful. Great bathroom and shower facilities.
There was confusion about the breakfast that was included. She ordered a cappuccino and wasn't told that it wasn't included in the breakfast menu, and it cost her £12!
Lovely and well maintained. Great location. Staff were very helpful
Stayed here for 1 night and got to say the hotel is excellent. Room very nice and clean and bed so comfortable. Breakfast excellent with great service. Will definitely return.
