Pros +
- The location was great! So close to the train station, across from the harbor and a few minutes from many shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place for anybody visiting Cornwall.
- Nice clean room with good facilities. Its a self check in with no hotel staff. But it worked fine , close to the town and train station. I would definitely stay again .
- It was very well situated- near the train station, the port, and good bars and restaurants.
Cons -
- The property, though comfortable, was a little cramped especially between the bed and the table and chairs near the window.
- Only downside was parking - the car park opposite the hotel is short stay and the long stay car park is extortionate for an overnight stay
- Shower was great but the shower cubical was a little tired!

The location was perfect and the room was spacious and very comfortable. If staying in Falmouth again I would definitely stay at The Grove.
Nothing to dislike.
Very clean, great view, great location, great price
Clean and great location.
Having a knock on my door while watching tv at 11p.m by a man in the room next door saying he had work at 6 a.m and could I turn the tv off.
Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable . Very easy check in
Great location. Breakfast nearby was great. Bathroom could have done with somewhere to hand bath towel and curtains were difficult to draw. Everything else was great. Fridge and microwave not used but an unexpected bonus! I’ll be back…
See above re curtains and towel rail/hook.

Fantastic location run my a great guy called Geoff who was so helpful.
Great location and lots of parking close by. Large, comfortable room.
Fantastic location and very nicely appointed room with everything you could need. Thoroughly recommend this place.
Slight glitch in checking in procedure. All resolved quickly.
Location and meal options with the refrigerator and microwave available. Used the electric kettle daily!!
Very minor. Information card said there were business cards to use at restaurants for meal discounts, but I couldn’t find them.
