Fantastic riverside location. Peaceful with views of the bridge and river, yet handy for the railway station, town and riverside amenities. Lovely room with character and great facilities. Good food and friendly staff.

My room was near the kitchen vent so there was a little background noise during serving hours, but this was more than offset by location and character.

Beautiful hotel steeped in history with loads of memorabilia everywhere. An old school feel inside (in a positive way). Fantastic location on banks of River Thames and overlooking Henley On Thames town. Loads of restaurants in close vicinity and in the hotel too. Comfortable room and bed. Great shower. Great breakfast. Enjoyed my stay here

What a wonderful place to stay, so much history. There were 4 of us, both rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Very peaceful too. Breakfast was inc and very good. Service excellent. We arrived at 9am and our room was ready for us which was great. Lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the river. Position for river walks and centre of Henley was just perfect.

Staff were not friendly or attentive in any way and the breakfast was disappointing and cold

We were told their was a bath in the room and there was not. There was only a shower with disabled access doors so very disappointed to be told there was a bath and then find out there is not one!!

There were hairs in the sink and shower and no soft with my full English breakfast and to charge £3.50 for a coffee at breakfast was not goodOur room was very noisy also

Beautifully located on the Thames riverbank, it's a quiet place to stay, with very attentive staff. Dinner menu is not extensive, but perfectly adequate, and it gives excellent value for money, given the location.

Kitchen closing at 8 was early.

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist, room was ready early. Such a clean room with everything you could possible need

The location was lovely. Very comfortable room , clean with a good shower. Great that there was parking available.

What let it down was breakfast. The service was very slow as I think they were understaffed. The food was ok, but the full English was luke warm on arrival. There wasn't an option for orange juice or similar, that would have been nice - even if it was self serve.
