Great location, beautifully decorated and comfortable large bed

The room was very warm, although the fan did help a little. We had to close the windows as the noise from the restaurant below was a lot.

Booking.com lost my booking into the ether and so struggled to get info on the rooms. No suggestion that it was a ‘rooms above a restaurant’ accommodation, therefore there are no hotel staff. All done by email and code and did not receive my code until shortly before I needed the room and it was stressful. The staff at the end of the phone are not at the location and therefore not very helpful. We stayed on a Saturday night and at 6.30am on Sunday morning, market traders arrived to set up stalls in the street below so we all woke up.

Great position/easy to book in-although we weren’t sent a door code for one of the rooms but this was quickly rectified by a phone call.

Shower door broken

Great location, easy to access and the room was comfortable and the shower was great. The coffee maker didn’t work and there was no coffee sachets in order to make coffee in the morning. Ideally the curtains should be black out. The bathroom tap was very loose which we reported. It worked was just loose. Otherwise great

The townhouse is in the heart of Henley, so you can walk to any restaurant, shop and bar and enjoy this lovely town. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Parking - the suggested car parks have a 3 hr maximum stay from 8am til 6pm, which is not great if you are not going anywhere. I think you can probably park at the station for longer but it’s expensive and further away. It was also a tiny bit cold in the room, although the radiators were on fully. It was cold outside and the radiators just about managed to keep up - only just.

The room had an exceptionally bright green safety light, high on the wall, flashing lights at the bottom of the door and a bright red light on the tv - that made it difficult to sleep, this was a shame

The dimmer switches need resetting as you couldn’t make the room very bright.

It was gorgeous, clean, comfy and just perfect. Will be returning again. Bed was comfy, shower was perfect and the ceilings were gorgeously high.

Location and cuteness factory is great. Fairly large room, nice view out the windows of the square.

Heat was a problem. Once we figured out how to turn it on, it worked but simple directions would have been helpful. Extra pillows/blanket for sleeping. Pillows they had were terrible

Great location and right next door to Gail’s bakery which opens at 7am. Bed very comfortable and I loved the slipper bath in my room, I brought my own bubble bath fortunately as the hotel only supplied a conditioner and a body lotion by the side of the bath. Lovely and warm; you can turn heat up and down on the radiator valves.

Poor quality pillows, electric blind broken in room stole the ambiance and privacy, you have to walk onto the landing to get tea bags. TV needs updating and took my husband several attempts to get audio, eventually we rang their sister company to get assistance. Had to park in Waitrose car park for a fee. No breakfast at property.

Very high quality, beautifully and stylishly furnished. Many wonderful touches that set it apart from the typical venue. All of the finishing touches are well done, from plentiful coffee to bathroom products, towels beautifully soft and a full length mirror on the back of the bathroom door. Often overlooked by so many places.

Nothing. Exceptionally good. Slightly confusing entry details, and maybe some info on parking would be good. There is cheap long stay available in a public car park almost directly opposite.

Hallway and corridor needed a bit of tlc and needed some work. No real clear instructions on how to get the door code

Fantastic location right in the heart of the town. Lots of options for breakfasts and dinners all within walking distance.
