Located in between two stations. Everything seemed new. Super friendly and helpful staff.

It was in close proximity to everything.

No parking and the parking that was there I wasn't told about. It was awful trying to park.

Great staff and room. Breakfast was also great.

Area around the hotel was a little ruff.

I was given a handicap room the first night. They switched me the next to a room with a non working ac. They switched me again to a room that was supposed to be ready only for me to walk into a room without sheets on the bed. Then switched me again

Breakfast staff were excellent, who was friendly, helpful, and couldn't do enough. She had time to take interest in her guests. Reception staff were fine, as expected, the room was very clean.

There were two 1/2" spots on one bed sheet, it was obviously clean though, but it shouldn't have been used. The elevators were small and crowded, I feel there was activity by non-guests who waited for the elevator to open, then jumped in..felt weird.

I liked the physical hotel. I liked the rooms

It is incredibly noisy. There is construction that is so so loud. But I liked the hotel. The location is horrible but it is close to the train. I had to leave a day early because it just wasn't worth the trip to the airport. Taxi costs more than the room.

The location. Hotel employee at check in was wonderful the whole trip. Breakfast was great!

Not cool enough. Had to open the window. Too much noise. Didn't get any rest. No/poor parking.

Every one was incredibly helpful and friendly during the length of my stay I really appreciated it.

Modern and fresh and clean.

The worst vegetarian sausages ever in my opinion. Soapy bubble and squeak in my opinion.

Clean and functional bedroom with all the essentials. Great variety of food for breakfast, both savoury and sweet. Firendly and helpful staff.The location is ideal for those landing at Gatwick Airport, since it is only a 20-minute train ride away.

Lighting in the bathroom was not ideal. The bedroom was ideal for 2, for 4 it felt a little cramped.

The room was clean and comfy, the staff super friendly and attentive. Not the easiest hotel to find in the night.

The food was not great and the buffet area was not the cleanest.

Horrible

It was horrible! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I tried to call the front desk and after calling 4 times. The night front desk attendant picked up the phone and hung it up. When we got to the hotel late at night there were people hanging out in the alley being loud. We go in and the front desk guy was nice but super slow and I witnessed him picking up and hanging up the phone on people trying to call like he did to me earlier. We get up to our room and we were put in a room on the 5th floor right next to the alley. There was no sound proofing and people were fighting and screaming for several hours while setting off car alarms. We could not sleep all night. Will never stay here ever again.

Close to transport and connections to central London. Accommodation was clean and very comfortable.

The main access to the hotel via a lane could do with improving
