Flexistay Tulsi Aparthotel

Quiet, convenient location, room was clean, cheap

Room stank of disinfectant. Bed wasn't comfortable. Lots of things in disrepair in the room. Communal areas cluttered and dirty.

I stayed last time in the same room .Its was not cleaned proper .Again I have booked again the room smells fresh and good .And thanks for the early checkin sam and for the fresh room .

Passable

Not modern. Looks run down. Doesn't look like pictures. No proper shower just a mixer and shower connection inside a bath. Carpets look old.

The bed was comfy and big enough. Almost everything worked the way it ment to.

The TV keep losing its signal. Also the nearest plug to the bed was not near enough to use my phone when on charge.

Location is perfect close to all amenities, room was spacious, clean and fully equipped.

Disappointing

No breakfast facilities and poor layout for the cost. 2 people in a room designed for one person

Proximity to public transport, safety, cleanliness, and friendly staff

Inflexible check out time

Efficiency checking in, close to all amenities.Train station buses tram and main town centre.

Nothing, all good.

Perfect for what I needed, extended stay while house being renovated. Staff were very quick to respond when needed, including resolving a wifi issue.

Wi-Fi wasn’t the fastest

I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent service at your hotel. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, housekeeping did a fantastic job, I especially appreciated how quickly any requests were handled — it really made my stay stress-free. Keep up the great work!

Location, shower, comfortable bed

Found internet to be patchy

LocationHad cooking facilities and communal washing machine Host checked in to see if everything was OKResponsive Took away trash and checked on towel replacements

Based on the fact that check-in is supposed to give the Host time to prepare my room, this was my experience. It is nowhere near as clean and modern as advertised. No headboardMultiple carpet stains in communal areasDirty walls/doorsFurniture broken/damaged/old - not as in adDried bogie on desk Guests on the phone early hours of the morning talking at full volume Guests having argumentsWindow could not close, which disturbed my first night’s sleep because of traffic on the main road. Check out Westciti apartments, Park Road…. like home, and are as advertised

Good value and location for work

Showers pressure absolutely terrible. Some rooms are being refitted, so hopefully should sort problem

We had already paid for...

We checked on the location of this property the day before our booking. As we got closer, we became more and more concerned about the neighborhood. When we arrived at Flexistay, we were put off by 3 people, two in pajamas and slippers (tenants?) smoking outside. Also the windows were covered in condensation and the building was very poorly kept. Nothing like the photo posted to booking.com

Great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

First room smelt of a dog , they happily changed the room . But not somewhere I'd ever stay again

Bed uncomfortable, bathroom beyond basic.

The service of the manager named whom i called Anna was the best.I stayed in many hotels but his service was exceptional and very welcoming.I will surely recommend the hotel specially for his Service and my next visit i will stay here for sure.Being 1st time in London he took extra efforts to help ne plan my vacation and showed me wgere and how to travel.Appreciate.

The bedding is good and clean towels .best price to stay for a night .Easy to check in and checkout .sam is helpful ..
