Comfortable bed

Only the person that checked us in and the bartending staff were pleasant and helpful. The others acted as if they didn?t want to be there, let alone to be pleasant or helpful.The cleaners made our bed and that is it. We washed our own teacups

Clean , restaurant and bar on premises. Did not like to pay for breakfast � 19 daily.

Male receptionist/ supervisor was a bit rude when I asked that he call taxi and ask for a specific driver named Coffee. Receptionist told me I can?t request a specific person. He then handed me the phone to make the call myself.

The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The hotel is modern and feels welcoming and warm. It has a great atmosphere and the location is great.

The menus in the restaurant was limited

The hotel was a nice and clean, lovely atmosphere. All staff, which I came into contact, were very polite and helpful.

The bathroom products (shower gel and moisturiser bottles) were empty on arrival. Otherwise, all good apart from that.

The room was a good size, the bed was nice and comfortable, thank you very much to Martha for displaying a valentine design on our bed she made our day, we will be coming back for an event at the end of March lovely experience.

I missed breakfast because I overselpt

It should be 5 stars.. I spent valentine's weekend here and was a double celebration because it was my birthday.I booked the wellbeing room which exceeded all my expectations. The room is huge, clean, fresh, warm and inviting. Being met with dim lighting and the himalayas salt lamp warmth was so beautiful. The bathroom is beautiful and comes with a deep bath.The room has fitness equipment, light therapy, a tray with fruit and smoothies, a welcome package with spa treatments, robes, slippers and lots more which usually comes only with 5 star hotels.Upon realising it was my birthday, Rose at reception organised the most beautiful decor for my room created by Martha which I truly appreciated. I was also given cake delivered by the hotel manager personally, Stefano, who went above and beyond to make my stay feel special. I was also given complimentary cake by the restaurant when I ordered room service which was so nice. And at the bar was given a complimentary birthday drink.Breakfast was included and cater for all foodies plus as a buffet you cannot complain when the food was also very good quality and tasty. The array of drinks available are also well thought about.I enjoyed every moment of my stay and will be booking again as soon as I am able, if you still have any doubts, the first person I saw outside the hotel was a beautiful bride getting into her limousine..I think speaks volumes about this luxurious hotel.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The parking charge of £19.50 was unexpected but the concierge kindly cancelled this when I explained that I was not aware that parking would be charged extra. The fridge/mini-bar in the room was empty, with not even any water in the room.

Sadly the outlet in the sink needs looking at as the outlet was very slow

The bed and beddings were good.

I didn't like the female staff who was on duty on the day of my arrival which was on the 24th October 2025. She was a rude and not polite. The gentleman who was there on that day was very polite and gentle. Please note that I don't know their names

Location and cleanliness

As a matter of urgency the hotel needs a porter and also the side exit door needs to be maintained properly. I had to struggle with three big suitcases on my own to and back from the 3rd floor. I was a bit lucky to have some partial help on Saturday night from a staff member called Santos on arrival. Bless him. During my departure on Sunday the front desk person on duty on Sunday morning kept complaining he was the only person there and therefore cannot assist in anyway. I just need the service and not interested in staffing levels. Is this hotel meant to be a low budget place? If that is the case then it’s too expensive !!! To make it worse the side door wouldn’t open because she claims a battery had to be changed or something to that effect. This contrasts to my experience a few days ago which was superb and the front desk person called Yamuna was overly helpful and thoroughly experienced and very impressive.

Spacious, has parking, clean, with great facilities! Halal breakfast options was fantastic.
