Location perfect for my needs. Staff very helpful. I asked to eat 10 mins before kitchen closed ! Chef prepared a superb roast . Lovely room.

Nothing . The car park is very small but the public car park is only a few minutes away and its free 6.30 pm to 8 am so not a problem .

Friendly helpful staff throughout. The room was excellent - beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Nothing to dislike - just a shame that the car park isn’t bigger but that can’t be helped.

Cobwebs in room.Window couldn't be opened once closed.Room noisy, hence had to close window.

No fridge and stairs however staff were very accommodating with helping us!

From the moment we checked in, until our departure, the staff couldn't have been more helpfulAssisting with parking arrangements ,adjusting afternoon tea timings, are just a few examples of their help, they were superb.The room was outstandingly presented ,spacious with suitable consumables to hand, oh and a lovely bath!!

Bed was a little hard, with maybe better sheets, probably just a personal preference

Lovely old property in the middle of Godalming high street. Clean, nicely decorated rooms and very comfortable bed with crisp sheets.

Only a handful of parking spaces - I had to park in the local pay and display. Room was unbelievably warm with no actual sign of heating. Window opened but my first floor room backed onto a noisy extractor. Staff ranged from lovely and helpful to frankly unprofessional and rude.

location is ideal for visiting family and use as a stop off before going to the airport

beds were a bit uncomfortable - that's probably due to being used to my own bed!!

Family friendly comfy centrally located hotel

As expected, I stayed in this room a few weeks ago. When I booked I thought I'd booked a different room, it stated coffee machine and bath robe but I had no coffee machine. The receptionist kindly made me a lovely hot chocolate and brought me a couple of sachets of ground coffee and a cafetiere.....over and above I think.

Old fashioned

The parking was appalling. We were told there was a car park - Yes for 4 cars. Had to lug heavy suitcases from public car park.

Excellent location, very smooth check in, lovely room as requested. breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious

The hotel was excellent, the staff were friendly, we ate in the restuarant and the food was good value. The hotel was clean and welcoming.

House keeping di not replenish our room and we had to ask at reception for additional supplies for example toilet rolls, tea and coffee.The location of the radiator in our room was in the wrong location andwhe has to rfequest another quilt as it was cold at nights.The booking system has issues as I booked three rooms and all the charges were being made to one room, this is confusing bothe customers and staff.

It was clean friendly, with the dim lights going on as you walk into the bathroom was a lovely touch. The drinks were well priced for this area and the breakfast was well cooked. Very impressed.

Maybe some sort of lift for impaired people., but in the shape of the building I can see that could be difficult.

Prior help on telephone was very kind and Brenda was so helpful with our early check in and warm welcome!

Staff on Breakfast duty were disinterested in comparison.Very small bed.Bathroom far too hot.

Well presented, very comfortable rooms, great location. A very warm welcome at check in and very professional response to a request for towels.

Service not so good in the evening. Returned to hotel at 9.32pm.for coffee and drinks to be told coffee machine gets turned off at 9.30

Location was excellent, service was great and the staff were very helpful.

Parking in the town is a bit of an issue on weekends.
