Fantastic breakfast

Decora bit tired but reflected in price.

Ideally situated close to the centre of Fareham. Really helpful and friendly staff. A very comfortable room and an excellent breakfast.

Website said restaurant open until 9pm - however on arriving at 19:45, we were told it closes at 8pm. The person on reception managed to get us into eat & said the website info should have been changed. The two menus we were given were different from each other.

Rooms a little outdated

Room was nice and cosy bed was comfortable clean and tidy nice location close to everything i needed breakfast was lovely staff were great.

The bed was a small double and very uncomfortable, and the bathroom needs updating very old and tired

Lift was out of order for a couple of days, due to a part malfunction.

Fork on right knife on leftNo toast or toaster though after breakfast observed a couple with toast.Paid premium price for sub standard service.

Our radiator was making a funny noise but we only seated 1 night so could manage.

Good shower, reception staff and cleaning staff very helpful. Room was a decent size for the length of time that we were staying there. Great location for bars and restaurants. Lots of parking spaces.

Lift didn’t work properly. Breakfast 7 till 9. Would have liked it to go on until 9.30. Also wouldn’t be such a rush for staff trying to get everyone served all at once.

Receptionist was really helpful, so friendly and nothing was a hassle.

The bath/shower could do with an update. Quite tricky to get the right temperature.Shampoo or conditioner instead of hand wash would be preferred.
