The hotel was easy to find with plenty of car parking spaces. The staff were all very helpful polite and friendly. The breakfast was good and well cooked.

We would have preferred fresh tea and coffee served at breakfast, the help yourself machines are not as good.

It was very comfortable

My room with was close to the main road, hence the traffic woke me up at 4.30am!

Spa area don't have any bed where you could chill out and relax just swimming pool and jacuzzi so very disappointing

The staff were excellent, smiling and friendly, we didn't have the breakfast but sure it would have been very good

well not a major issue but a mix of herbal teas would have been good for me, I don't expect everyone to like herbal teas

Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and good value. The facilities are good, if a little crowded in the pool area particularly.

Nothing not to like.

Everything was great. Booked 3 nights then ended up adding on another two nights. When I got in the room was taking a while to warm up but I was given a portable heater until the temperature got better which I really appreciate. We were celebrating a birthday and got a little suprise in the room with a complimentary drink which was really nice.Everything was clean and to great quality and the bed was really comfortable. My only minor issue was the use of the pool area. Because of swimming classes I only been their once and not for long as its a bit too crowded. I enjoyed the steam room though.I'll be visiting again.

Lovely hotel with relaxed atmosphere. Quiet at night. Super comfortable beds. We asked for a quiet room and it looked out over the inner garden, hence no traffic noise. Breakfast ample and good. We had a small issue with a double payment, which was handled very correctly and kindly by the front desk manager.

One of the front desk receptionists, who got quite stroppy about the double payment issue I discussed with him.

Breakfast very good considering we where staying Christmas and Boxing Day

Felt very luxurious and friendly - great pool, rooms, breakfast, staff - lots of places to visit nearby. It was like a home away from home

Convenient for our family. Amazing lovely staff , kind , caring & helpful.

Food at breakfast was ok but have had better quality. Even at 8am the bacon was hard & dry & only one coffee machine working.

The staff are very friendly. Really helpful we needed to order a taxi the man at reception took our details and ordered it for us. Hotel is lovely and clean this is very important to me.

Breakfast was a real disappointment. No one was managing the hot food section. We had no egg. Asked a member of staff he was very friendly and went to ask for us. No bacon no sausages. It took a while for these to come out. This is something that needs to be checked regularly. When it did come out it was very tasty.

All the staff went above and beyond, we arrived for my partners birthday… greeted by the nicest man on reception who really went out of his way to welcome us. We found all the staff to be so attentive and just a lovely stay.

Very poor room service menu Poorly trained staff regarding pool hours for guests to swim - stayed a week and got a different answer each time we asked Very thin dividing walks between rooms - neighbours TV noise until 3am - I don’t think their tv was excessively loud - just poor insulation

Hotel was lovely, clean and lots of coffee facilities. Room was clean and warm and bathroom was fantastic. We used the spa facilities which were enjoyable. Breakfast had a good selection.

Would of like bath robes. Location is a little out the way but fine if you have a car

£12.50 for a medium glass of house white: is it just me or is that a bit steep?

Did not know we had to book pool so could not swim the evening we arrived and that was a big disappointment as we chose hotel largely because of spa access

Great room and very comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff.Fantastic leisure facilities - for once a hotel with great gym, very hot steam room, hot sauna, lovely bubbly jacuzzi and nice pool.
