Nice big room, very clean, lovely shower, nice and warm. Good location

Expected a cooked breakfast, it wasn't stated on the booking site that it was Continental, or when we checked into the hotel. Past reviews stated great food etc, so expected better breakfast.

Close to the water. Great food and drink. Very clean room and bathroom.

A lovely local business. A stones throw from the beach. Comfy bed. Great shower. Lovely staff. Superb breakfast.

Excellent location, dinner was good and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. The room was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Only complaint was the loose toilet seat. Bathroom was a good size with walk- in shower. Towels were of a good quality. Good selection of reas and coffee. Will stay there again when we are next in the area.

Location.

Better pillows needed, plus fit the toilet to the walls correctly, as every time you sat down or got up the whole thing moved. No breakfast only Fri -Sunday, food in bar afternoon good. Left a day early due to uncomfortable bedding.

Really friendly staff and large, clean room. Also, priced very well.

The mattress in our room was very soft, which reflects my own preference more than anything.

The pub is at the quieter end on the main street and close to the sea front.

The entrance to the accomodation is through a side door and right inside the entrance is a door to the kitchens which is left open much of the time so the smell of food cooking permeates through the building and into the rooms which is unpleasant. The staff were also not great to deal with.

Lovely big room, spotless. Superb tea tray.Comfy big bed. Shower powerful and plenty of hot water and fluffy towels and toiletries. Staff were very friendly. Food was fabulous and big portions .Easy walk to the sea front, shops and pubs.

Sadly, the continental breakfast let the experience down A broken toaster and no fresh fruit with little choice of anything else …. but again we will return as apart from the breakfast , the ordered food, staff and hotel are wonderful x

Smell of smoke in the room because of staff standing outside smoking and the smoke coming into the room. The room was directly above the kitchen door.

A large comfortable room with a new smart tv and a very recently renovated bathroom with a great shower. The pub has a good beer selection and the food was good. A small continental breakfast was provided in the morning which I wasn't expecting but was a nice way to start the day.

Being above a pub it was a little noisy but not too bad and didn't really effect my sleep.

Slamming of doors ,but that was the guests not the hotel fault .

Loud music and noise from bar until after midnight .Women fighting outside the bedroom window at closing time. Walls are thin so you hear everything going on next door.Breakfast service was chaotic, no staff around to ask about breakfast. No glasses for juice , no t bags , bowls no hot water no mugs. So continental breakfast was basic at best. After repeatedly asking for these basics and being scowled at by a man working there we flagged down a girl and ordered breakfast. After a long wait food arrived and it was reasonable. We left the table 9minutes after the checkout time and was chased by the same man who aggressively and repeatedly told us check out was at 10am.Breakfast was an extra cost making the room expensive for a small room over a noisy bar.

Breakfast was good and value for money The evening meals were also good There was a funfair and firework display on and the village was very busy but eating in the hotel was comfortable no queues
