Pros +
- Everything was perfect- great location, facilities and staff! Breakfast was delicious.
- Good gluten free menu, comfortable bed
- Such a beautiful place near Loch Lomond. This is quite a large property with many different types of accomodation. We were in a block of 3 on the ground floor. Very spacious and clean. Dinner was available in the main restaurant (very good meal) and a buffet breakfast supplied the next morning. Staff were kind and helpful. Will definitely look to stay here again.
Cons -
- Service in restaurant wasn't great. Long delays between courses but staff apologetic
- Parking was a bit hectic - allocated bays would be nice. But it wasn't a big deal. I was more worried about taking someone else's spot.

Lovely atmosphere- food and wine excellent and friendly staff
The entire experience was wonderful. The room was nice as well as the bathroom. I liked the town and the dining area which was a few steps away from our building .it was just a great trip. It did rain for most of our vacation but I guess that’s to be expected.

This was our first one night stop after a long travel day. We checked into our room and headed straight to our reservations at the restaurant for a delicious relaxing meal and a drink. The food and service were both excellent. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Everything we needed during our stay was a short walk from our chalet including a great shop with a selection of groceries to stock up your room or for the road. We also enjoyed the on site coffee shop with excellent coffees and pastries the next morning.
Great :)Excellent to those who want to climb the conic hillBeautifull lake and viewCozy adorable roomSuper friendly staff, very nice little breakfastSurrounded by everything you need as a traveler for a few days Very easy to get there from Glasgow even without a car
Beautiful cottage! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! Great location across the street from Conic Hill trailhead! Would definitely recommend!
Spacious cabin room with awesome view.Scotch flight was great. The restaurant on site was good.Good buffet breakfast.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and very well designed- breakfast and meals were very nice. Location was excellent for exploring Loch Lomond and the surrounding area.
Only negative was the shower in the en-suite bathroom. Temperature was constantly went from freezing cold to boiling hot and the water pressure was poor.
Large rooms in a quiet setting with close parking. Breakfast options were plentiful. Excellent food offerings for dinner and also an outside patio for lunch and afternoon drinks and snacks. The convenience store and coffee shop on the property were also outstanding. We loved the proximity to walking and hiking trails. The Lake Cruise to Luss was also a nearby attraction.
No issues.
Friendly staff, good food and live music in the restaurant, very clean, bright room on the cottage.
The pillows were uncomfortable.
Wonderful stay in one of the cottages, cozy room right in the center of town and on the West Highland Way. Very nice bar and restaurant and friendly staff.
Very clean, quiet at night, convenient to hiking, nice views. Our morning cappuccino at the coffee shop was exceptional!
Restaurant, coffee shop and corner shop all within walking distance. Very quiet at night, easy parking, room fan was a huge plus. Location near the ferry to the island and the ferry to Luss was great.
Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Felt so comfortable and at ease. Food was delicious and consistently great. The kitchen and staff are very mindful of food allergies, so dining was stress free. The area is beautiful and unmatched- peaceful and the people visiting are all respectful of the surroundings and each other. There is great accessibility to transportation and many hikes. We loved everything about our stay and will be back!
Stayed in one of the pods. It was adorable, clean, and private. The main hotel and restaurant are fantastic! The food was fantastic and we got to enjoy live music outside on the patio. Even saw a proposal! Right across the street is the hike up Conic Hill which I would highly recommend, especially on a clear day. Amazing views. Staff were great at the hotel, restaurant, store and coffee shop next door!Only regret is that we weren’t here longer!
This was by far my favorite stay on my Highlands road trip. The hotel reached out and offered dinner plans, a prosecco boating cruise option and any other way they could make my stay enjoyable. I'd like to thank Martin for making my stay in Loch Lomond so special. He helped arrange the prosecco boat cruise for me and some friends. The women at check in and front desk were amazing as well (sorry, didn't get their names). They had the procecco in a nice little insulated bag and 4 glasses for me and my friends. What a nice touch! My room was in one of the cottages - very well appointed and very comfortable bed. A nice view of the Loch as well. I had lunch outside on the patio before the boat trip among all the hikers making a stop on a sunny day, enjoyed a lovely dinner in the lovely dining room which had a great vibe and then enjoyed the breakfast which had great food choices and was in another lovely dining room of the resort. Staying at The Oak Tree Inn was like being at home in a beautiful location. High recommend.
Room check in was easy.Associated restaurant was really good, good collection of whiskeys and good staff members
More vegetarian options needs to be provided, otherwise food is good for non vegetarians
Food was excellent. There was a park nearby that was very peaceful. We stayed in a pod which was comfortable and quiet, even if it was a little small. Our pod looked into the parking lot. I’m not sure if there are ones that face a different direction. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
