The staff are so helpful all the time and very good at customer service I will be going back soon .

Clean and tidy. Rooms were spacious, staff was very helpful and friendly.

Can’t fault it

Travelling alone can be daunting but the staff were friendly and really helpful.The room was immaculate with a view. Breakfast and dinner choice was great and I cannot fault the food at all or the service provided. All in all it was a very enjoyable break.

Very generous value for money cooked breakfast included! Not far to walk to from the rob Roy way trail which helped me a lot over all great!!

Our room was right at the far end of the building which should have been a quiet spot but the rooms have very poor sound insulation. So we could hear everything in the neighbouring room and every footstep overhead made the floorboards squeak.Dogs barking in the corridors.Staff seemed distant. The hotel was very busy with a large group and it felt as if they were a higher priority.From reading reviews in advance I was prepared for the rather tired decor inside the hotel. But it was a surprise to see how neglected the grounds are. It wouldn't take much effort to tidy them up and improve the bedroom views. Hide the bins, clear up litter.Not enough car parking spaces

Smokers at every door entry filling corridors. Eggs at breakfast like rubber, tattie scone tasted strange

The shower was great. Breakfast was okay and the room was a good size.

The reception staff were very blunt, one word and that was it. The food for dinner was poor quality, it arrived 5 minutes after ordering so it was already prepared and given they had a theme night on in the main room, this was unsurprising. Beer taps were off on arrival and back on in the evening. It’s a little out of town if your walking the RRW and would stay in town if you can find something

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel! It’s in a very peaceful location — absolutely silent at night and perfectly dark for a great sleep. The town is just about a mile away, so it’s close enough to walk yet still quiet and relaxing. My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Parking was plentiful with no issues at all. I also really appreciated the easy pre check-in process — it made the actual check-in super quick and smooth. Overall, a great place to stay — I’d definitely come back!

Perfect in every way. Had stayed here before so knew that the bar prices are good, dogs welcome, and breakfast delicious

The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

The dinner menu was a bit disappointing.
