Pros +
- Received an email the night before arrival noting that reservation was cancelled, due to family room flooding. Would give credit to the hotel staff that they booked us into their sister hotel Tower Hill 1066, our stay actually was not too bad.
- Handy to relatives house.
Cons -
- The communication was terrible.
- Generally run down although the bedroom had been done up. It is more like a backpackers. Query over release of credit card pre-authorisation. Still showing on card even though I paid separately in full on arrival.
