Westward Ho Hotel

Super easy to check in & very friendly staff. Lovely big sea view room, very comfortable, warm & clean. Great location and parking.We really enjoyed our night here & would definitely return.

Great location, beautiful views,staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very nice and young lady serving was very pleasant and helpful,room was very large and cosy,had everything I needed, spotlessly clean and had a great sleep,this establishment had everything I needed and will definitely be staying there again

Excellent location overlooking the Leas and ideal for attending parkrun. Room 5 had great sea view.

Away on business and a very late booking, an hour before i checked in! Hence i didn't have high expectations. Pleasantly surprised. Great price and location. Room was decent, bathroom very clean. Breakfast was good. No cooked option, however cereal and toast is fine for me on a work day.Staff were very helpful, Both Graham on check in and the lady at breakfast. Will stay here again, whilst away with work.

Be good if i could get a receipt for the parking, however very useful that they have the facility to be able to book the parking. As it is nearby ,on the same road as the hotel.

The shower was poor, mattress very worn and couldn’t sleep on it. Bread was mouldy

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Check in was simple, including sorting out parking permit. Bed was comfortable. Lovely sea view out of window. Appreciated toiletries & tea/coffee provided. Excellent location for seafront access.

Noisy rolling ensuite door wasn't ideal for use during the night. Breakfast was OK - would have been nice to have some ham rather than/in addition to the salami on offer. Price is probably average for location but it felt a bit expensive overall given lack of cooked breakfast and overall state of decor.

room had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable, shower was warm. Parking was straight out front for my motorcycle which was handy and secure as I could see it rom my window.

the vending machine...lol the lollies dint come out, had to put double money in to get them...it was a sign that I shouldn't had got them in the first place.

It’s in need of a revamp. It’s pretty basic. I wouldn’t want to stay longer than a night.

Bathroom was very tired. Access round side of building to the garden would be nice.

Location is great for the beach front and centre of Folkestone. Easy access to harbour area and lots of walks. Staff in hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, room was clean tidy and cosy.

The room was a little shabby but understandably it's an old building. Towel rail wasn't usable, shower was good but small and basic, pipes were quite noisy at night and noise from other rooms was noticeable.

Parking may pose a challenge. Beds rather short.

Family room was perfect size wise but bathroom was poor, and noise from adjoining room. TV came on at 3am loud and we couldn’t switch off via remote as batteries dead
