Nothing..the place was closed. We were not informed. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive and blowing smoke in my face while they explained
The place is closed. We were not told beforehand. We were not supported by the hotel to find alternatives, just told to go to another hotel which wasn't even affiliated caused further distress

The hotel was well below the standard of an Holiday Inn. It needs renovating and updating. It is worn-out and damaged. The staff was cold and not welcoming.
Matress and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean. Many different hot options for breakfast. If you have a ground floor room you can see some lovely rabbits around so it is quite cute. Food from the restaurant was amazing and big portions. Room was a bit boring without any kind of decoration but it was pleasantly big and there was a clean, modern bathroom.
Not enough fresh pastries for breakfast unfortunately. Room was noisy, definitely not soundproof. The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, not close to the town and not close enough to the college where I needed to go. Unfortunately, at the middle of my stay the hotel closed down for unknown reasons so I had do move elsewhere. Refund was given but not compensation of any kind for the inconvenience. Unsure when it will open again.
2 adults, 1 child, 1 dog - everywhere else we needed pay for 2 rooms?
Not much - it was fine.
1. I liked the location of the hotel. 2. Beds were comfy.3. Bathroom was clean (with a mold on the silicon floor, but otherwise clean).4. Most of the staff were helpful and nice.
1. Very RUDE staff member, who worked in the bar, and was serving food in the hotel restaurant too. He was rude to many people, during a few days stay.2. Food is awful! Tomato soup tastes like cheap spaghetti sauce from the jar. On top of that, you have to wait for it, like in Michelin's star restaurant (even though there are in total 5 other customers in the restaurant), for ex. we've waited 30 minutes for dessert (just dessert).3. Window to the outside world was dirty, like someone would poor muddy water on the glass (check image). In conclusion, it is not worth to eat there, food is very bad. If you're lucky, you will not meet a rude barman. people at reception are not informing you about restaurants, times and availability, unless you ask. Go elsewhere, unless you really have to.
This was my second time staying at this hotel, en route from Germany back to Ireland. Like last year, I again needed overnight accommodation not too far from the Eurotunnel terminal and the nightmare that is the M20 motorway, for myself and my dog. Having stopped here last November, I didn’t look any further when booking a hotel this October. I can really only echo my review from last year by saying that I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay. I had even asked for the same ground floor room not too far from reception, as I find it so very convenient for early morning and late-night dog walking. Although it is “just” a standard double room, it is spacious, very comfortable and well equipped including a great bed and bedding, and fabulous black-out curtains. As someone who hates wetting their hair in the shower, I was again pathetically happy with the thoughtfully positioned shower controls opposite the shower head, at the other end of the large shower tray.Importantly for me as I was travelling with my dog, we were both made most welcome by all the friendly staff, and we took advantage of the riverside walks very close to the hotel (down Kinney’s Lane). The grassy space to one side of the hotel is ideal for early morning and late-night walkies, but please clean up after your dog; there are plenty of bins provided.
Nothing at all.
Great place to stay when using the eurotunnel. Very easy to get to. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Good bedGood breakfast! The room was slightly dated. Could've used a deep clean. But was comfortable enough. Staff very pleasant.
The rooms weren't the cleanest and the woodwork was dated. If it was your house you'd change it. Needs some TLC
Breakfast was good.
Coach parties filled the dining room so ate in the bar. OK.
Bed very comfortable and room quiet. Also good food and staff very friendly and attentive.Plenty of parking.
Nothing I can think of.
Bathroom was modern and room was spacious and comfortable.
Night staff were not attentive and were not at the reception desk. The phone on the desk has instruction to contact someone but does not work.
staff polite.clean
no lift
Near local supermarket, motorway and pubs. Bar area clean, tidy. rooms spacious and adequate for stay.
When leaving, charged a member of the party for the stay, although balance had already been paid, via booking.com. HOWEVER, this was quickly refunded when proof was provided of payment.
Friendly and the food was good and breakfast was really good .Lots of fresh fruit and cooked food good
We were not there long enough for an opinion
Good location and parking.
The restaurant staff at breakfast were not happy. Breakfast itself wS good although there was a shortage of bread.
Room clean, shower acceptable. Bed very comfortableDidn't have breakfast here. Staff all very polite and efficient
All good
