Carpets need changing and modern renovations The breakfast staff were not very polite and also cold in area They were not happy to refill coffees and tea

It was a great sized family room and everything was clean and in good condition. Having sky tv in the room is a big plus

We could hear the traffic on the main road

The disgusting behaviour of the restaurant staff who think it's perfectly fine to slag off customers and habe the nerve to swear at me during service and insult the hotel manager when I don't think that certain member of staff realistically understands who pays for her wages ! I will be making a complaint and if I don't hear back from management ( not Howard ) I will put her name all over social media! With some added gossip on her !!!! You know who you are ( ugly ) Monika is on holiday and you think U can get away with your crap . ! How's your mum

A decent size room with a sofa and full size desk and good TV. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was fabulous.

Some aspects of the building are tired and worn. There were no sockets beside the bed. There was significant road noise even when windows were shut. The corridor lights - you often had to venture into a dark area before they came on. The area was not somewhere to explore on foot - any tracks led to "Private property keep out" and it was not pleasant to walk along the busy road.

Good location

My room was left dirty when i returned with my children to sleep after i had left clean my room sign on the door. The receptionist brought up some clean bedding to change the sheet after 12 midnight, very disappointing.

The staff were very approachable, helpful and friendly. The meals I had were of a good standard. A very nice ensuite with lovely shower and a comfy bed. Clean white bedding and towels.

The drawer holding the teabags in the room was a little speckled /dusty. The chair in the room was under the eve and there was a risk of banging your head.

Road noise from motorway especially throughout the night. Drain smell on corridor outside bedroom. Rubbish left under dressing table.

Clean and decor was good , was not to busy when we was there so no problem waiting for lifts staff were good and polite

Needed usb plugs in room as only one , wasn’t to far from ashford about 12 min drive and not far from outlet shops

Manager Howard Shields was excellent. When we had a noisy fan in the bathroom he immediately gave us another room and helped us out in many ways including a refund of one night when we had to leave.

Not much other than the noisy bathroom fan which was resolved straight away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room were clean, well laid out and comfortable.

I assumed there'd be toothpaste in the room, but there wasn't.

Really big family room. Lovely comfortable beds and pillows. Slept really well.

Conveniently located for the channel tunnel only 20 minutes away. Breakfast was a joy well stocked and managed by the staff.

The room we had was a disabled persons room and it was one of the furthest away from the lift and stairs on that floor. The lifts are like a comedy. Two lifts with one button with only one lift stopping at the mezzanine level? You have to get in one lift and send it up then jump out before it closes the door then when it’s gone press the button for the second lift. Otherwise when you press the button the lift that doesn’t go to the mezzanine floor opens by default. It’s worthy of a 70s sitcom.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, bug room, tasty food and very helpful staff. Rachel and Ben were notable standouts for service!

Very welcoming staff and reception area. The property was clean modern and warm. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and plenty of towels. The restaurant in the hotel was very convenient and comfortable, the food was delicious and plentiful both at dinner in the evening and the full buffet breakfast and the service was very good. The children ate free as we ordered main meals which was an added bonus.

A bit dated in places and no main ceiling light in the room only lamps.

Functional, clean , and perfect stopover if you’re catching the ferry or eurotunnel . The staff are friendly and helpful, there’s a good breakfast and it’s cheap. What’s not to like!?

One night stop over to Le Shuttle . Easy to find . Easy to get to Le Shuttle. The breakfast & dinner were perfect . Not over priced. Also accept dogs . Free parking on site.

2nd bed was a bit small for older children, more pillows would have been nice
