The pub is lovely and the food great with really good service. The staff are friendly and the room was quite basic but clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

Pretty location. Old fashioned traditional pub serving good food and great choice of beers.

Breakfast was basic, with little choice. But it was very reasonable priced so good value for what we had.

We liked everything about the inn, it was an amazing spot on a cycle route and very friendly towards cyclists, the owner is keen cyclist himself. The room was excellent and the evening meal we had there was very good indeed. Fantastic service throughout from all the staff. Would recommend to anyone.

Nothing really, there wasn't anything I'd say needs improving, if I had to nitpick they could install covered bike shelter, but they were so gracious with letting us store our bikes in the room on a rainy night that I can hardly fault them for something we didn't need to use!

A lovely stay, the property was clean and modern with a rustic twist. The food in the pub was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Stayed here the night before attending a wedding at Leez Priory. Great location , just 5 mins away. Lovely rustic Inn, with a log fire, Check - in was easy at the bar, and we were taken to our room, which was situated in an adjacent lodge type of building. It was quirkily decorated, which i loved , beautifully clean, with crisp clean bedding, white towels, and a modern shower room with some toiletries. Rooms also have a hairdryer, which was a relief as I had forgotten mineWe had dinner, so make sure you book on check-in, as it's really busy. Menu had lots of choices, and the food was great. A good night's sleep. Breakfast the next morning was good too. All the staff were really friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Just a couple of suggestions. The lighting in the room was a struggle. I think it would benefit from bigger side table lamps. There were only 2 small wall torch type reading lights, or the huge ceiling lights. Also, of having a kingsize bed for the 6ft2 men.But these didn't effect our stay.
