Location near beach

very small room, very small bathroom, no flexibility with breakfast (we had to leave early because of the ferry)

Poor insulation and music from resto below loud until midnight.Also hot water takes a long time.

It's location is perfect, right in the town centre and next to the sea, the staff were amazing and very helpful, room was 10 out of 10 ,couldn't fault anything will be back! Breakfast was really nice and good view from the restaurant

Lift. Comfortable bed. Relatively quiet, with no/little noise from adjacent rooms.

The view from the room was a building site, (room 104). There were no access handles on the bath. Very small en-suite. Hot water took a long time to come through.

The room is are perfect the view was beautiful

I didn’t like the lift is very old and quite small

The pillows were unusual shape and I could not get comfortable with them. Tiny bathroom and sink.

The bathroom was very small and couldn’t sit on the toilet unless my legs were under the wash basin. The phone and WiFi reception was poor in the hotel.hot water had to be run for quite a while to get hot. Hotel in need of updating in the room possibly carpet was looking a bit worse for wear

Friendly staff. Clean. Lovely bedrooms with balcony right in front of the pier. Food is delicious.

Location is good

The room for the price was over priced, the stairs down to the balcony were painted with gloss so was slippery and the nails on the carpet were exposed and one got stuck in my foot. The carpet were the balcony door was.

Paid extra on site for a balcony. Crazy no view six very steep steps down to the balcony,view of a carousel and fun park Very small double bed its very old in gentle decay

Staff very helpful, at late notice I needed a wheel chair accessible room. Staff rearranged rooms to help

No bath, but shower nice and powerful unlike most hotels

Could not fault the hotel. The location was not to our liking, I.e. above a weather spoons and across the road from a nightclub. Also the lack of secure car parking (£12.50 per night).

Great room only thing was carpet not clean look ok but my white socks were dirty from carpet rest of how stay was great

A really nice well kept clean room with everything fresh clean and tidy . The staff were polite and really lovely and just the hotel it's self was so we'll presented as soon as you walked in . Really enjoyed the stay

Lack of handrails for steps on the balconies. Only one pillow each.. two would be nice ? and the WiFi connection was a bit hit and miss

As the TV didn't work we got up graded to a room with a sea view.

Apart from the TV in the 1st Room not working everything was good.
