Greeted using my name, nice personal touch. Shown to the room personally. Nothing was too much bother and the lady was happy for us to vacate the room later then the checkout time listed with no extra cost. Unusual in this day and age. Well done

Room was on the small side but had everything we wanted in it so no complaints

Loved the receptionist and lady they helped me park my car outside the hotel - help my girlfriend move in with her bags very very accommodating I will be back with them :)

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, easy check-In, we were personally shown to our room. Very clean room, complimentary shower gel and tea/coffee facilities - nice comfortable beds.

I have nothing negative to say.

Well booking.com called it an superior suite when we turned up was told its a bridal suite and children weren't really allowed in there, the room smelt heavily.of bleach, there were cobwebs and the tv was hanging by a thread, the view from the window was just fly tipped rubbish which I didn't really have a issue with but thought it was worth noting for any brides looking to stay here, next morning there was no staff and no where to leave the key so had to leave it in the door or our room, that was £86 for the night not including breakfast, wasn't going to get one anyway seeing as there was no staff in the morning, mattress had human indents in and was very squeaky, the pillows were hard too

Booked two single rooms for one night, on arrival we were given upgrades to two double rooms to save my elderly mother climbing two flights of stairs which was very kind and much appreciated. Very comfortable beds, we had a lovely stay, thank you.

Very central location, welcoming staff, the room was spotlessly clean.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable as the mattress needed replacing but can’t really fault the property as our nights stay was at a bargain price.

It was very nice, sweet and comfortable. The room was lovely. It was located in a good spot. Within walking distance of things, which was nice. Parking was available and there was no charge, which was nice.

There was a lot of things we like.. wasn’t any issue’s. The only thing I would say is with the heating be on all the time at times it did get a bit hot. We tried to open the windows but for some reason we could not open them. My partner seems to think they are broken and need to be looked at. Other than that it was perfect.

Had an amazing stay at this beachfront hotel! The location was unbeatable, with stunning ocean views just steps from the sand. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, making our stay even more special. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. ?

The location was ideal. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was generally clean and the bed sheets and towels were clean too. Considering this was a last minute booking, at a very busy time, I was grateful to have found this last available room. The price was very good for a peak season at the seaside, in the middle of August.

The mattress was horrendous and woke up multiple times throughout the night as I was uncomfortable. The shower was electric and quite tricky to get to the right temperature between scalding hot and freezing cold. The room smelled of wet dog (possibly because of the dirty carpet) but at least the sheets and towels were clean.
