Great location. Pleasant hotel. Clean and welcoming

Lovely rooms. Staff were excellent and friendly.

The fact that you had to pay for parking. Also our mattress topper was extremely uncomfortable, I did make staff aware the following day.

Food was yummy however delays between serving and was having to be chased up per order, hotel was clean, bed good size and shower is nice however downfall is that the rooms are so noisy, we could hear next door every move, even them using the toilet and I’m not talking about the flush even through the flush was really loud to, could hear there phone calls and alarms and every bang of draw so sleep was very disturbed, there’s door that lead into the next room? Which we felt was abit strange but most of all the food was nice at dinner and also you have to pay a added parking fee

There wasn't just people who booked staying many people being housed here . And there definitely wasnt enough staff we had to wait ages just to get booked in there was one person on the bar

Olivia in reception. She was forthright and honest. Every good organisation needs a formidable female. Olivia could be the one! Clean tidy hotel with comfortable rooms.

The outside was a bit scruffy in places

Facilities were very modern and nice, room was very cosy and comfortable, very modern look and feel to it, also able to watch YouTube and Netflix on the TV which isn't something we're used to when staying in hotels, price was also very good

Only issue was the parking situation, the staff were there to assist me with the issue, was unclear how the system worked and never had to pay for parking whilst staying at a hotel

The room and en suite were a good size and very clean and the bed was comfy. The lady on reception was very helpful and took the time to print me off a VAT receipt and slide it under my door. The food in the restaurant was good although the staff seemed to be playing catch up and it took a while to get service so maybe they were short staffed. All in all a good stay and I would stay again

The price was reasonable very modern and boujee Room bathroom bed etc was stunning

Comfortable, spacious and very clean. Staff very helpful and service exceeded what I thought with certain needs of my partner.

The bar has a great atmosphere and the rooms are clean, spacious and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Fresh and clean

The bed, maybe an older one, simply had a topper mattress on top of it!!! Disgraceful and I’d ask for a refund as I spent 80% of my time there and on it.

The room was moderrn, spacious and clean

Restaurant and bar/coffee area lacked atmosphere and decor felt spartan. Breakfast bacon had been left uncovered under a heat lamp so was so tough as to be inedible. Real shame because the cooked breakfast was well made.

Comfortable beds , nice rooms, dog friendly plus pool with sauna and steam room

It was clear and friendly and having a pool is a big plus for a family

It put in 2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby and was given a room with 2 large twin beds and a cot. No where for my child to sleep.

Hotel recently renovated clean facilities comfortable bed was able to bring our dog with us lovely pool and gym

Grounds at the back of the hotel needed attention only noticed as we took our dog for exercise there

The hotel was lovely, clean. Staff were friendly they had loads of facilities to use. I wish I stayed longer, next time I will!

It’s not their fault but I think people who are travelling from far it would’ve been nicer to have onsite parking without having to pay. I think if there’s something they can do for hotel guest and parking that will be good.
