Dragonfly Hotel King's Lynn

Room was clean and I slept well, no outside noise.

Quiet, friendly staff,warm and comfy.

Room was very nice, self service breakfast was nice, staff very friendly, dinner was excellent.

Location for the Adrian flux arena, staff friendly and helpful.

Room needed an extra ceiling light or at least a lamp on the dresser where you make coffee as room was dark even with the available lights. Also mirror and plug socket are not together so difficult to dry / style hair

Cannot fault the hotel, great location for our trip to Sandringham and all staff that day were extremely helpful in giving us advice and directions to the venue and also called a taxi which they knew would be quicker. Food was very nice, the hotel appeared very clean and the room and bed very comfortable

All meals were good & varied selection with friendly staff. Hotel situated in very nice grounds with plenty of baby rabbits & parking.

Where our room was situated at the end of a long corridor & the actual room was dark.

Excellent location and staff very friendly.

Breakfast could have been awider choice.

Easy to find off the main travel routes. Free parking. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean facilities. Food basic but enough choice for a one night stay, well presented, and reasonably priced.

Location requires you to drive to any local attractions, retail facilities, pubs or restaurants so be prepared to stay on site unless you're happy to drive.

Nothing to do with hotel but that roundabout was horrible to navigate.A bit disappointed that no one came in to refresh your room or replenish milk sugar and tea etc

Where the hotel was just on outskirts of Kings Lynn, quiet & relaxing would recommend to staying again.

Nothing really ideal for us to go other places nearby beautiful country side as I said before relaxing.Wonderful

Restaurant food very limited and fast foodie.Cooked Breakfast very basic with no tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding or fried eggs.

Short staffed .Pubic hairs & dirt in bathroom .Dirty tissues in drawers .Cold breakfast .Poor quality

The family suite was amazing, beds were comfy and the bathroom was large.Great location for sightseeing and access to main roads were great.The lady at the bar was very welcoming and friendly.

The man at the front desk was not welcoming or very friendly.The restaurant had run out of several items, so certain meals were not available, which was disappointing.

Used hotel before, great location

Woken at 6am with doors banging whereas we've never had this before when staying. Breakfast was disappointing as at 9am no fresh orange juice left and yoghurts were cleared away which is not acceptable when they serve until 10.

Came a couple of weeks ago, but this visit was much better. The only downside was there was only one bath towel in a room for 2 people. It was only an overnight stay, so it wasn't really an issue

The property and hotel was lovely and very clean with friendly staff only disappointing part was when we returned home we received a parking fine for parking in the hotel car park even though we registered our vehicle, the situation was dealt with but it’s a shame it happened in the first place also could do with grab rails in some of your showers for elderly disabled customers other than that an enjoyable experience
