Pros +
- The owner went out of her way to make my daughter and my grandson's stay a fantastic experience after a last minute booking. I cannot thank her enough as my daughter had suffered an horrendous experience at another establishment, resulting in me booking her into the Grange. She helped calm my daughter down and even packed food and drinks for the journey home. This act of kindness is what is unfortunately missing in the world. Thank you Jane for everything x

Friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely old building. Great breakfast and dinner.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped getting our luggage to and from our room

Well placed. Lovely hosts. Clean and comfortable although a little dated.
Good location on edge of town for travelling on. Interesting history well presented lovely owners and staff good value for money as a stopover close to main roads for onward travel.
The breakfast was amazing, definitely an ALL day breakfast!
The location is a little out of town with only 2 pubs within walking distance.
Slightly outside the centre, but fine if travelling by car (as we were). I didn't check how good the bus service would be otherwise. Second floor room, accessed by fairly steep stairs. But beautifully cool and airy (on an unpleasantly hot couple of days). We booked a twin room and received a large room containing a double and two single beds, small desk and comfortable sofa. Walk-in cupboard, and bathroom with real decent-sized BATH (which was a real bonus). Very welcoming proprietress, and several services that weren't advertised (which shows real generosity, by comparison with places that give you exactly what the website said and not a sugar sachet more). Solid soap for each of us (some places now just provide liquid). We were offered a decent jug of milk to accompany the room's tea-making equipment, The breakfast was the biggest I've ever been offered - and preceded by a massive bowl of fresh fruit, selected with real imagination. My companion asked for blueberries, and on the second morning they didn't have any so they actually went to buy some while we waited! If I stay in King's Lynn again this will definitely be my first choice.
Hard to find anything to have reservations about. Would have been good to have bedside lamps. And tomato juice needs Worcester sauce.
We liked everything about the Grange Hotel. Taz & Jane were fantastic hosts, very accommodating and friendly. Our room was lovely and very comfortable, with a good hearty breakfast to set you up for the day.
The staff were very friendly the breakfast was amazing and the beds were very comfortable
A magnificent old house located in a very pleasant area on the outskirts of Kings Lynn. The owner was very attentive & friendly. The accommodation was superb, consisting a separate lounge area, a large bedroom & en-suite bathroom. The bed was large & comfortable. The choice & quality of breakfast was great.Should you wish there is a lovely village pub within a 10 minute walk.
Nothing to dislike.
Lovely staff, lovely building. Fantastic breakfast. Tea/coffee provision in room was great.Anything you asked for you got.
Double in the family room was a little uncomfortable. Layout of family room could be better.
Owners lovely and so welcoming nothing was to much bother the breakfast was so nice you could have what you wanted amazing. My only criticism is bathroom fittings a bit tired and not a lot of pressure in the shower but there was a bath
I liked the owners jane and taz lovely couple.
To far away from amenities.
The house is beautiful. The bedroom was very well equipped, and had a very good size for a family of 4 people. Breakfast was fantastic.
Good breakfast with plenty of fruit available. Friendly staff. Nice to be told of the history of the place. There was a street fair going on in town, so we avoided the noise of that by coming to this quiet suburb.
This is being fussy: the bathroom was a bit tired looking.
Amazing Excellent breakfast Best eggs I ever had Very organic Staff are exceptional Very friendly and supportive and make you feel at homeYou can’t ask for morJane and her her husband are very welcoming
The people that run this place are really friendly, and will try to make sure your stay is as well as can be.For breakfast you can have a full English, cereal or fruits - which is great. I was there for a wedding in another area and they offered to make me sandwiches for the day, which I stupidly declined. On the day I left they gave me a fruit bowl to snack on for my travel back home.Lovely people, amazing building.
It's a bit off the beaten track for most compared to some other places in Kings Lynn.
