Contact before I arrived was excellent dog friendly very welcoming.dog bed bowl and treat waiting for her. Beautiful room spacious clean comfy close to the door to pop out with the dog. Just perfect.

Meet and greet was easy and friendly. Room was lovely and good quality. Food was outstanding

The staff and food are excellent, as is the cleanliness and general ambience.

Stayed in a standard main building room for the first time. I will not do that again.! It was cramped, and noisy with farm and road traffic from before dawn. Also Expense for a room that size, in a simple village hotel. I have always received a free upgrade, to the new larger rooms outside in the past and didn't know the difference. I expected the main building rooms to be better with character maybe. But I don't see what you can do to improve what they are, bog standard clean little boxes. I will book the executive rooms next time, I'm in the village.

Better directional lighting , finding room numbers on the adjacent blocks in the dark could be improved .

Good location for me and a studio was perfect as the restaurant and bar were closed over the period of my stay

Very high standards through out,room was emaculate.

The room was of a high standard,however we are quite elderly and not so sure footed and confident as we used to be,therefore we would have liked there to have been a grab rail adjacent to the shower.Stepping into a bath for the shower is a bit daunting for us now.That is our only gripe.

Had a ‘Motel’ feel about the place.The room was super modern and spotless.

Double bed was small after being used to a Super King at home. But still comfortable.

We stayed in the lodge. Lovely clean room with unfloor heating and a bigger bed. Great location for Wisbech and our friend

It's always great staying at The crown lodge. The rooms are comfortable and the staff always go above and beyond. The atmosphere is great and it's always a great welcome with lovely food too.

The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The meals in the restaurant were very good and we were particularly impressed by the range of choices on the breakfast menu and by the fact that everything was cooked to order rather than being left under heat lamps for hours on end. The room itself was nicely presented and very clean and there was a good range of drinks available including hot chocolate.

The room we were given was at the top of a fairly steep flight of stairs with no lift access and the door to our room did not seem to fit properly as light from the corridor was visible all night.

Lovely comfortable clean rooms. My room was nice and quiet. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was delicious!

The other room was next to the road with constant traffic.

Modern, clean, spacious, friendly. Easy parking. Great breakfast and lovely staff.

We loved it and it’s only a niggle that could be easily rectified. No bedside table to one side of bed and no usb sockets by bed which are usually standard in most accommodations we stay in. Bed could have been a little bigger for the room size. We had the studio and found it a little too warm as above some sort of boiler room. Great in the depths of winter though I expect. Would definitely return and just pick another room.

Our second stay at Crown Lodge Hotel and it was just as comfortable and enjoyable as our first. It is always nice when you're staying away to have biscuits and hot chocolate included in with the tea and coffee. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and during our meal times they were never very far away checking that everything was ok. All the food was very tasty and beautifully presented.

We’ve stayed here before and we were delighted yet again to stay at The Crown Lodge Hotel. Our room was large, with a comfortable super king size bed, and had everything we needed including a fabulous walk-in shower. I can’t manage “over the bath” shower units these days.We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant and a fabulous breakfast this morning. You can tell there’s no skimping on quality here.Highly recommended.

Great location for us food of high standard also room very clean and comfortable.

Although the food was very good felt it was a little pricey.

Too much over-sweet sauce spoiled the Crisp Chilli Beef.

Breakfast was really good and individual in a way not often experienced. Our evening meal was of excellent quality from a wide menu, Staff service from check-in to departure was exceptional.
