Never stopped anywhere as noisy the hotel should have signs say please close your door quietly or be mindful of others sleeping. Door banging from 5am

It wasn’t very clean

I only stayed one nite when I booked three bites due to bath dirty and didn’t sleep was being bite in bed so ended up staying awake all nite and had to ring my son to go and stay at his for the remaining time

The beds were surprisingly comfortable considering the small size

The walls are paper thin, I was listening to my neighbour on his three hour phone call until one o’clock in the morning when I got the night staff to knock on his door rather than kick it in myself. From ten o’clock at night to eight o’clock in the morning some one had their extractor fan running in their room, keeping me awake.. according to the night staff this is normal so people can have ambient noise for themselves to sleep, and they said it is policy to allow this to happen. Apparently their sleep matters more than mine and they told me it is policy to allow them to do this regardless of how it affects any one else! There’s was no one in the reception in the morning, I can only assume that they didn’t want to have to deal with complaints. It was that bad that I slept in my car the next night rather than go to the room that I had paid for. Seriously if you have the option of camping out in a lay-by take it!

Location of room was good.

Room was cold when we arrived. Took awhile for the heating to warm up.

We have stayed before. This hotel for me offers great value for money if you want a bed for a night and not much more. Easy booking and arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival and departure.Beds were comfy and room was spacious - we booked a family room. Tea facilities and hot shower. TV in room.

Nothing - for the money everything was fine and easy. Easy sleep over when travelling to see family.

Clean and tidy ,although odd smell in room

Difficult working out heating in room and bathroom was cold with no heated towel rail

The shower wasn't working properly, when the shower was running so we're the taps filling up the bath

Room was clean and warm also nice selection of tea coffee etc.Staff was helpful Hotel is in a quiet place so we got a good night's sleep.

Clean, comfy room that was great value for money. Easy check in, very flexible. Really comfy bed. Nice bathroom en suite. We stayed a night. It is designed to provide overnight accommodation, not a holiday. It is a very nice bedroom, in a service station.

Food options very limited - the edible food options for dinner and breakfast only open between 9am and 6pm, even on a Saturday, leaving only macDonalds and a costa coffee open later. We found a really nice pub a 20 min drive away.The listing wasnt accurate (there was an additional single bed in the room. No sofa) but it didnt matter. A sofa would have been nice, since it is offered.

No hand shower so if you want to shower without wetting your hair, not possible.Room very dimly lit. Not easy for an elderly person.

Bit smelly and littered in area leading to entry. Fine once inside. A bit dated and bathroom a bit meh but as clean as it could be.

Weird smell coming into the room which was covered by a plug in diffuser, smell of moisture and mould on the bathroom walls, hair found in the bathtub, and carpets were the worst especially under the desk, lots of cobwebs and skirting boards badly covered in dust

Brilliant convenient room and location nice and clean

They didn't have a cot for me even though I requested one. And there was no fridge.

Bed was terrible. For £75 a night I at least expect a comfortable bed.Walls are so thin you can hear conversations in the next room like your in the room. Felt uncomfortable and struggled to get any sleep.
